I have been working with Chris for over three years now. He’s the ultimate professional. I have used several contractors in the Dayton area and he’s by far the best. I can always rest easy that job will get done correctly. Thank you Chris!
I needed some new windows on my home completed quickly. I received estimates and talked to about 5 different companies before finding Expert Contractorz. Chris and his teams pricing was much better than the others and they were able to get the new windows in and complete in more than half the time than the other companies. They were very efficient. I highly recommend them. They did a fantastic job! I plan to use them for any future needs.

After seeing how you respond to an accidental 1 star I will go ahead and keep it at 1 star. I heard about your company through word of mouth and was gonna give you a call for an estimate I am no longer interested in doing business with someone like you. You sound kinda lame and sketchy and u might sue me for something stupid. So do what you must but this is a legitimate review bases on your behavior towards me over a accident I feel sorry for anyone that actually does business with you

Reached out to Chris about some loose siding on my new house. He had me send a few pictures and told me exactly what I needed to do to fix the minor issues I sent.
It would have been easy for him to charge money and come out and do it, because I don't know what I'm looking at, but Chris showed honesty and integrity by providing a simple, DIY solution for me.
Can't recommend highly enough!

We’re out of state and have a rental property in Ohio and have had many problems with it in the past 2 years between renters not paying, and lack of communication/help with property management. We asked them for quotes on fixing numerous things with the property and they would never get back. Not exaggerating, waiting for a quote for months to fix the garage and still never got it, asked for window repair quotes and never got them… I searched Google for window repair, and found this company. We shared our problems, and from the very start, Chris was so honest and transparent. He went to our property, sent videos so we can see with our own eyes what’s going on, repairs needed, and appropriate quotes for the scope of work. He fixed our garage the week of finding him, and we felt like we hit the jackpot — someone who communicates, provides a quote and completes quality work in a timely manner. Why is this not the standard?
We had a foundation issue that we paid another company to fix and he let us know they didn’t fix the problem and the work was unsatisfactory. He relayed to them what they needed to fix and we cannot be more grateful. Our foundation issue caused roof damage, so we had him and his crew fix that. Chris has truly been the most honest person we’ve encountered since getting this property. If you’re considering using this company’s services, trust that you are in good hands.
