I recently had my gutters repaired by All Around and I am pleased with the work that was completed. The reason for my 3 star rating was overall communication. I requested a quote online and was contacted the next day to schedule a day and time for someone to come out and provide an estimate. Andrew arrived and I appreciated his "repair not replace" approach to my issue. I received the quote the following day as promised and his quote beat others but $400. I decided to go with All Around at this point and that's when communications began to lack. I sent emails and called about getting a date to have the work completed. I was told that work would be done within 2-3 days and I was ok with that although I would've preferred and actual date and time. With that time passed and I received no communications. Five days later I receive a phone call that the guys were at my house to complete the job. At this point I was in contact with another company because I needed the work done ASAP due to my leaking ceiling. I informed the individual who called that I had no idea the guys were coming that day and she mentioned that they were busy and that they also had some issues with their truck. Well, for me, a phone call informing me of the delay would have been good. I'm pretty easy going. I agreed to go ahead and have the work done and then stopped what I was doing to rush home because I have animals who were inside my house. After the work was completed it rained about an hour later and I definitely noticed right away that I no longer had issues with my leak ?. I did however notice that one of my gutters did not get fixed. I called and the crew came back the next day to fix it. Overall I am extremely happy with the work and I would use this company again in the future with the hope that communication would be improved.

What work they did do was top notch but did not complete all the work they were contracted to do even after being contacted twice about it after the fact. Update: They finally sent someone out to finish the job they were contracted for. I have zero issues with workmanship or the workers. I am leaving the 3 stars because I received no updates of when the work may be completed.

Had a great experience with All Around Roofing. Needed my gutters cleaned and a repair accomplished on a sagging gutter. Because the repair was above my walkout basement on our two story home, I had trouble finding a company that would do the repair, and most other companies just wanted to replace my gutters as opposed to doing a repair. Kyle came out right away and provided a quote on the same day he visited. Workers were out 4 days later to complete everything. Very happy with everything.
