We initially got a quote for Ashley fence spring of 2023. We put it off for a year, and inquired again spring of 2024. We were lucky enough that they kept their initial quote from the year previous. We put 50% down And scheduled , They were booked out about six weeks. Once we got the final date for them to break ground it was easy-going from there. There was a two day rain delay, which wasn’t a big deal. They were able to get the fence done In a matter of days, installed our gates and came back and cleaned up all the dirt and filled the holes. We are very happy with our experience. The price was just right, We have a Little over half an acre It looks amazing. Open communication the whole time regarding delays. The crew were friendly and professional.
Excellent experience working with Ashlee Fence! Great prices and communication. Final product was very well done and the one issue I had was quickly resolved before they asked me to make final payment. I have already referred them to others.

I realize mistakes happen and all you can ask for is that it is made right or if it can’t be made right you are compensated for the issues and time. I ordered a custom cut stair rail from Ashlee Fence. After 7 weeks waiting for it to be custom made they came out to install it. The first install are the first 4 pics…. needless to say it was a disaster of an install. I called and emailed the company and they sent someone out to survey the scene. He apologized and assured me they would make it right. 4 weeks later, the second custom cut rail was ready to be installed…this time, they shortened the rails too much and had to put new screw holes in ….leaving the previous screw holes exposed…4th pic…Also, 1/2 way down the right side of the rail, the clip was not able to hold the rail so it would simply pop out if any force was applied. .Again, a rep from Ashlee apologized and said he would come out to correct. He was very nice and did genuinely want to fix the issues. After he worked on it he asked if it was good enough to call it finished. He gave me the option of yet another custom build if I didn’t like the finished project. Given that this project was now well over 13 weeks old and we still had not been able to get a final approval from the county, I said just leave it like it is . The company gave me $750 discount after the first install…and the rep told me that I deserved more after all the issues and time this has taken. Well, apparently the owner did not agree as they emailed me to let me know that no further discount would be applied. This was not an inexpensive project and when you pay thousands of dollars for a custom cut railing system you want it to be right ….and after numerous attempts to make it right fail….you expect compensation. Again, the rep that helped me was understanding and tried to do the right thing. I appreciate that. I do not appreciate a company that is unable to hold up their end of an agreement and then doesn’t even make up for it in the only way they are able to….by returning some more of my money.

I have a pretty big yard with a lot of hills and Ashlee Fence did an incredible job. The guy Wheeler showed up right on time, not a minute early or late. He told me 10:20 AM and he was right on time. I was checking my mail when he got there to do the initial estimate. He did a great job surveying the property and promptly had a quote ready the next day. I pulled the trigger and had the fence installed. The workers did a great job installing it and then cleaned up everything after it was all said and done. Ashlee Fence is phenomenal and I'd recommend it to anyone who is in need of fencing. Ask for Wheeler too.

Ashlee Fence did a great job for us all around! The free estimate was great and our final bill reflected exactly what was included in the estimate, so there were no surprises. Communicative and friendly customer service was appreciated (thank you Aimee and Evin!). The construction crew made quick work of the thick honeysuckle intertwined in the old chain-link fence. The installation took just over three days from start to finish, including the time it took for the fence posts to set in concrete. Will and would recommend!
