Classic Pool put an indoor pool in for me in the early 80's. They also did foundation work for the building and drains and cement around the pool. It was a beautiful pool but started leaking about 3 months after installation. Bob, Clarence's son at the time came out and did many inspections and checked for the leaks but never came up with a solution. He quit coming around and the company totally ignored me. So after spending thousand of dollars over 30 years trying to fix a pool that can not be repaired, we filled it in and installed an indoor spa. The foundation work had to be redone by the builder. The drain work was never connected to the outside and caused extensive damage to my basement. The pool would never hold water because it was install wrong with dirt and sand under the wall between the spa and the pool. I lost so much money and time and misery because of a really terrible job. So my question is why are these people still in business after all this poor contruction work? I spent 30 plus years in misery trying to fix their huge mistakes and several times over in money than what the original pool cost. Jimmy Wallace

Follow up review if you follow me personally and recent reviews. I'm calling local companies in need of a quote for my business's pool. The receptionist that answered the phone was polite and courteous in explaining that they do not do commercial business. She was unsure locally who might, but offered suggestion to help me source a company. If I were to inquire about working with a local pool company for residential, I would contact Classic based on the friendly and professional response over the phone.

May have been more help if I had an in ground pool? Asked for a simple coupler? Told me go where the pool was from! Went to LH, was in and out in 5 minutes! Also, get your chemicals across the street at the hardware store...half the price!

Classic is the best pool builder in the area. We had them build our first pool in 1983. 33 years and two owners later, it's still in good shape. After moving in 1993, we had them build another pool for us and 23 years later we're still very pleased with it. Yes, the equipment wears out, but the high quality of the pool construction means no major expenses like digging to repair lines, etc. We can't speak highly enough of this family run business.
