First I’d like to say the installer was great he was informative and got the job done However my issue is with the overall cost. I am a business owner myself so I understand profit margins however when the parts needed to repair the dryer are less than $50 from a Samsung authorized site but yet I’m charged the cost of basically a new dryer that’s where my issue is. Honestly I won’t recommend them purely because the overall cost is NOT justifiably. Again this review is in no way to the installer he did a fine job. I also would like to add that prior to calling I Removed the dryer to make the access for the technician, very easy to work on Then I come home from work, and the dryer was not even pushed back in the spot The technician told my wife he’s not able to push the dryer back 3 feet because that was an extra charge.

The way the Mr. Appliance team communicated from my initial phone call all the way through until the job was done was truly top notch. Chris, the technician they sent out was very knowledgeable and obviously experienced. It didn’t take Chris long to diagnose the issue and prescribe a cure. As we get into Summer, it will sure be nice to be able to plop some ice cubes into our drinks again.

What a great guy Jeremiah is!! Right from the start all went so well. He text me in advance to let me know he was coming today. Send another text forewarning me he was coming soon & would call when he was on his way!! And so he did!! Jeremiah is a very professional, excellent &
knowledgeable tech who explained about the way a SUBZERO refrig/freezer works & in detail explained what MAY be the problem with this unit. After an intense cleaning of the compressors & coils, he wants to see if this will remedy the problem within a 24/48 hr period. If not, Jeremiah has prepared a plan to repair it & how & what he will need do & the estimate too all figure out for me while @ the house today. He explained things very well & ALSO was excellent in administrating a procedure that will HOPEFULLY
solve the problem if the cleaning does not. I could not ask for a more professional, knowledgeable & hardworking tech than Jeremiah!!! Thank you MR APPLIANCE for having such a great tech!!! AND he is a nice & friendly guy too....cannot beat that!! I am a very satisfied customer!! Karen Powell

I am thoroughly impressed with this company! I called this morning they answered a few questions I liked the way they went about things and the same day had a tech arrives to diagnose. Dean was VERY accommodating and flexible which was great for our busy home! Dean had the parts in the van and fixed it same day!! I am a housekeeper and between family and business I need to do laundry EVERY day. Dean made this possible!! I love the honesty of every employee!!! Thanks!!
