Always a pleasure going in and seeing the great people that work there. I went in twice today for materials, and both times I had fun joking around with the counter sales staff, and I hope they did as well ! Further more, i had only a couple of items to purchase, and all items were in stock. Mary, the newest store manager, has worked very well with her staff to clean, organize and make sure products are there for same day purchase !
I always look forward to seeing everyone !
I was really disappointed with famous on this trip. I checked their Website before going and it showed that they had 46 units available in store. When I got to the counter the clerk told me that his computer was having issues and moving slowly. Then after about 30 min he finally just said that his computer said that they didn't have any in store. I don't think that the thought of actually getting up and physically looking even crossed his mind. Total waist of 30 min. Drove 5 miles down the road to a Lowe's and had what I was looking for and out the door in under 15 min.

Very unorganized. Needs new management and better procurement of goods.

My fiancé and I went to the store today for some items and was told we couldn't buy from them. The man at the counter said you had to have a contractors license to purchase from them yet in December we were able to buy and actually haved bought from Famous for years. The man gave no explaination and was turned away. So has something changed?

Terrible experience! Ordered one box of 8" flex and was told it would be brought right out to the truck. I had too call them to remind them to do their job. Waisted 40 minutes of my time!!! Bad business!!!

Dianna Dalton rocks! I came in there early on a Saturday because my shower handle blew apart and was causing a huge mess. Long story short house water and to be turned off and I couldn't get a plumber out to my house quick enough. Went in with some pictures and parts that I needed to recreate and bam! Just like that Dianna pulled out the retro books and found what I needed. Saved my weekend and my water. Can't thank her enough! Will be coming back to this place when its time for a remodel.

Salesperson in the show room was nice and knowledgeable but service/ delivery/product went south from there.
Delivery person was rude with a bad attitude. It was a personal inconvenience to deliver the cabinets and he let us know.
The cabinets, while not the top of the line but close, were damaged and the drawers needed to be repaired by the contractor. This will no doubt increase my cost.
Overall, I can not recommend them ...
