Our home inspection experience was PHENOMENAL. Shane’s wife kicks it off with her friendly, exceedingly helpful demeanor as she answers questions, explains the process, and sets the schedule. We had a few phone exchanges, some at oddball hours, and she never seemed rushed or bothered to be present for taking care of business. We met with Shane at the home during the inspection; happy with the ease and openness of conversation, as well as professionalism on site! Our inspection ended at 1pm and our full, 84 page report with clear, bright photos was in my email inbox by 9:58 the SAME DAY! We don’t believe he missed a thing. His report was concise. Our radon report was in a couple days later, with an email from the lab. Shane provided us with a wonderful DIY home maintenance booklet I’m sure we will reference again and again, and his wife emailed me a detailed How-To on chlorinating the well on our own, both free of charge. Best of all was the opportunity to support a HARD WORKING husband & wife small business team local to us! All around, would absolutely recommend!!
