We loved working with Dor Mar! The guys we incredibly helpful and did such a great job maneuvering the tedious and difficult tasks that came with installing our AC and furnace units. Bonus points for the funny banter and singing that occurred while they were working. You can tell they enjoy what they do and have vast knowledge of what comes with installing HVAC systems!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Well first off let me say that a few years back at an address when my heat went out during the winter... I called and made an appointment and gave the serial number etc over the phone. Then waited a day for them to come out. The guy shows up, gets the serial and starts to leave..I told him I already gave that. He said they lost it and needed it again to order the part that's covered under warranty. Then a day later another guy came out and did the SAME THING. I showed some frustration and he apologized ace said this time they'll get it right. I went ahead and just waited to see. Finally it was fixed a couple days later. Then this time, at a new address, I have an empty rental property and the AC is out and I need it fixed to sell the house. It's under warranty and they just need to come out to see what it needs and fix it. Well I work 6am to 230pm and was trying to schedule them to come out but of course when I told them 3 would work they couldn't have a window of time so they moved me to 4pm to 8pm (which also charges 50 more due to time of day). Because this is a rental and I live 45 minutes away I went over at 4pm to sit in my car and wait. Around 7 I called and talked to Cindy, the main woman working customer service. She apologized and said they'll still be there but it could be 9,10,11 etc. I figured I'd give it a little more time and see if he shows up or calls. By 845 nothing so I called and asked if Cindy could call the technician and get a round about time he'd be there. She stated they don't like to call and bother them while they're working. I said there should be a way that they check in so that the customer knows roughly what time they're coming ESPECIALLY when they're already out of THEIR 4 hour window! I understand things happen and if she would have called him and he said another hour, I would have stayed. But I had to work at 5am and had been sitting in my car for 5 hours. I let her know the customer service is ridiculous and to cancel my order. Funny thing about all this, I guarantee they had a way of contacting the technician to cancel the order but they couldn't to help the customer. I will never be using this company again and after twice of them not knowing what's going on and horrible customer service, I'll make sure to spread the word.

Friday, May 24 – Around 5 p.m., we realized our walk-in cooler was not maintaining its temperature. I called and spoke with Dor-Mar’s operator, who transferred me to the commercial department. The call went to voicemail. Wanting to talk to a live person, I hung up and called back. No one answered. I tried for almost two hours before the operator answered the phone. She instructed me to leave a message. “The voicemail is checked regularly and someone will call you back.” Saturday, May 25 – Around noon, I called again because no one had contacted me. The operator again transferred me to the commercial department, where I again left a voicemail. About 4 p.m., I called again because no one had returned my call. The operator said she would track someone down and have them call me. At this point, she said no one could come out to look at it before Tuesday because the tech was out of town. Tuesday, May 28 – Someone finally returned my calls and said a tech would be out to look at it. That afternoon, I received an email with a $150 invoice for a service call. I went to the kitchen and asked the staff, “Was Dor-Mar here?” They said someone was here for about five minutes, looked at the cooler and said they would be back Wednesday to fix it ($150 for that?!). Wednesday, May 29 – Waited all day. No one came to fix the cooler and no one called to say they weren’t coming. Called at 4:30 p.m. to see why. Was transferred to voice mail. No return call. Thursday, May 30 – Repair team showed up. During this time, we had to monitor the unit 24 hours a day and keep the temperature in check by opening the freezer door to reduce the temperature in the cooler when it began to creep up. I am also disputing the $150 service charge for a five-minute visit. That’s $1,800 an hour.

Very good service. Installed new furnace in a timely manner. One thing I had to have them come back because bottom panel on front will not stay on. I wanted to add that Wes Frasure was honest and upfront on how to fix the problem we were having with our air conditioning. He was very helpful and kind. Calob Brewer came today and did what he could do to get the bottom panel of the furnace to stay on. It would not snap in like it's supposed to so he had to put two screws in the door to get it to stay in place.

We called on Monday they had someone there on Tuesday .Alan a very nice man along with ourselves decided it was best to install a new furnace and air conditioning as this one was 21 years old , so I ask about interest free financing and was told to call April as the site wasn’t working for me so I call April she directs me back to Alan who took care of it for us and we was pre approved for the financing so it’s ago for the next day for the install. Ty shows with another gentleman to do the install and one of them ask who is paying this needs to be paid at the end of the job. My husband told them we chose the financing , the day goes on and one of them approached our renter and told her we was denied who was paying ! So I called April , April directs me to the financing company which only needed additional information. I ask her why was anyone talking to my renter ???? Everything from start to finish was an excellent job and I always call Dor Mar ! My Question is what exactly does April do ? She had Alan help us with our he financing , she had the poor installers trying to figure out payment which is not their job ! I believe she should have contacted us about something else needing done instead of pushing it off on the installers . Maybe April needs to just direct calls .

Calob was super nice, pleasant and very helpful. He was here for our air conditioner, which he took care of completely. He went on and above to measure and order all our vent covers and schedule duct cleaning. He took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. Very polite young man and he shook our hand! Kevin and Justin came to install our new furnace. They were extremely efficient and patient, as the area is not very big. They completed the work in a timely manner and everything is working great. The turnaround time on the install was amazing, and I am very happy since the temperature is dropping into the low 20's. Thanks for the great work!

The service that my family has received from this company has been amazing! Garret who originally came out to do our estimate was honest and straight to the point on what he could do for us. Cindy was such a pleasure to talk to over the phone while she was getting us scheduled for our duct cleaning. The technicians who installed our furnace Doug and Jared were friendly and professional the whole time, answered any questions I had (which were a lot)! I recommend Dor-Mar to anyone who is needing any HVAC work done. Thank you again Dor-Mar!
