Excellent family owned company. Great family values, works hard for their customers, and they go above & beyond when they are able to.
They have been around for 60 years and it shows why they are still open. The owners are good honest people and the workers do their very best. I commend their hard work and appreciate all they do to help. Absolutely the BEST pool company in Ohio.
I went in there for a cheap tiny part for a heater I bought at another store.....and they were still friendly and willing to look up and find it. Will definitely be back

Terrible service at counter. They told me what I needed which was great,. Then helps other customers that came in after me. This was over 20 minutes. Suprised me since I've heard good things. Especially since it's only family. I'll wait till next year to open my hot tub before I buy anything from them.

On the drive over to the store my wife and I laughed at the reviews describing the rudeness of the older lady with glasses. We are pretty optimistic people and typically take reviews such as those with a grain of salt. BUT BOY WERE WE WRONG. We were greeted with blank stares, sarcastic answers and a genuine unwillingness to help. If you know exactly what you need this place probably works for you, if you need help or are new to pools drive the extra five minutes to literally anywhere else. I would rather have a green pool for a couple days then give them another cent.

Today was the first time I used Eastern Pools and I couldn't be happier. The company is wonderful to deal with on the phone, friendly, polite and efficient. Keith came to my house to repair my pool equipment, and he was very knowledgeable and thorough and took the time to explain to me about the pool. Highly recommend their services.
