My husband and I recently purchased blinds for our house. Cindy, is very professional and friendly. She has a keen eye for color. She not only helped to choose the blinds but also the paint colors for our walls. We are extremely pleased with how everything looks. Her husband Mickey along with their daughter did an excellent job installing the blinds. I highly recommend The Blind Shop.
Our experience with The Blind Shop was exceptional. From our first contact and throughout the process we were pleased with Meghan. Her ability to guide us on selecting blinds for our kitchen, living room and bathrooms was outstanding. From not knowing what we wanted she was knowledgeable, professional and patient with the entire process. We love our new window treatments and are very happy with the results. Highly recommend The Blind Shop!

The blind shop came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! Cindy was very professional and knowledgeable. She took her time with my wife & I and really guided us through the selection process.
When the shutters came in they worked around our busy schedules to install. The installation was done perfectly.
We have received several compliments on our shutters and continue to recommend The Blind Shop to our friends & family.

The photos show what was supposed to be an outside-mount blind and cornice over patio doors for $1,700. The cornice delivered was not wide enough to cover the casing, so Cindy’s husband simply tacked it up ABOVE the door casing, leaving a gap which exposes the roll of the blind. The cornice’s corners were poorly done, as seen in the photos. When I complained, Cindy’s suggestion was to purchase a rod and curtains to cover up what they did! She finally agreed to take down the blind and return my money, , but she stood me up. She would not return phone calls from the Mahoning County Dispute Resolution Center or from the Better Business Bureau, so I was forced to take her to Small Claims Court in Struthers. I WON THE CASE, but she has not complied with the court’s ruling to refund my money, since she knows Small Claims Court does not enforce its rulings. The only thing I can do is spend more money to place a lien against her property. Cindy has no integrity.

The owners were very professional and spent as much time as we needed to talk us through each style, material, and all the amazing color choices. We are so happy with the finish product. It was the final touch our remodeled home needed. It was like the icing on top! The Hunter Douglas white shutters and the Roman shades are gorgeous. The installation was much quicker than I anticipated and there was no mess to deal with on my part. I highly recommend Cindi and her team if you are looking to update your home and get new window treatments.
