Work was done fine, we had a piece of fascia replaced on our house that blew off. Only thinking lacking was the communication. Was told 9-10am arrival. Office person did call and say running late, no worries there. Get a text from tech (Nic) at 10:43am on way. 12:04pm and still not showed or called to give update. I called and they said he is getting materials. That’s fine, would have been nice to update as my wife wasn’t expecting to have to wait so long after on way. Finally shows at 1:00pm, 2 hours and 15 min after on way text. Completed job but then just leaves without knocking on door to have us take a look at work completed or having us pay for job. Just received bill in email. Had to call in and pay. The job was done fine, but it just would seem like common courtesy to ask the customer to see the completed work and not just drive off with no notice, just seemed a little unprofessional. A call updating us on why it was taking so long to arrive would have been kind as well. Thanks for completing the job though.
My condo association said I needed new screens for my windows and to fix my back privacy fence. So, I went to Google to find a handyman. Initially, when he came out for the quote, he was real nice and honest, and told me going to Ace Hardware to get the screens fixed myself… would probably be the best financially for me.
He then quoted between $1500 and $2000 to fix my back fence.
He came out yesterday and arrived promptly on time. Started working immediately. Got the whole project done in about 7 hours, whereas the original quote was for two days. Saved me some money there, Which always helps. The fence looks great. The condo people are happy, and I did not spend an arm and a leg.

Our sliding glass door lock and handle were broken and inoperable for months prior to our appointment with Mr. Handyman. Our technician was competent and courteous and repaired the door (which was tricker than anticipated). I’m very satisfied with a job well done at a fair price. Mr. Handyman’s slogan of “it’s not done ‘til it’s done right” is completely fitting. If you’re one of those people like me who thinks he probably could do a job but shouldn’t, give these guys a call.

We had a medical issue that required installation of a large room AC unit asap. Called Mr. Handyman of Westerville Monday morning. The fellas had it installed by 1 PM that same day. Both did a terrific job, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly. From now on they are my go to guys!

Brian did a great job with our issue. He fixed our roof issue quickly and took care of an additional issue since we had time left over. Will definitely use this company again!
