Bomar was so helpful. I arrived on a day when they did not have open shop hours. I called from the parking lot, and Phyllis let me in. She took my order, and the glass was available within days. This was a piece for an antique bookcase, which I had been reluctant to repair for years. It fit perfectly.

Good quality glass cut to correct specifications. *Update, 1st time I went to Bomar I had absolutely no issues. However, this time I am super frustrated. I ordered some glass 2 weeks ago and Everytime I call the front desk lady gets my contact information and tells me she will check and call me back then never does. I have called for an update at least 7 times.

These guys were great. I recently bought a bookcase with four glass shelves from fb marketplace and one of the glass shelf panels was missing. I brought one of the existing glass shelves to Bomar and asked them to replicate it. I brought it in at 10:30 AM and they called me at 2:30 on the same day to let me know the new shelf was ready -- crazy fast! The panel matches the others perfectly, even in thickness. The cost was extremely reasonable. If I ever need anything like this made again, I will absolutely be returning.

I called this company for them to install my glass encasing for my shower. T I spoke to Mike Bomar. He was not profession. He demeaned me, he wouldn’t let me speak. He just kept saying he would not do my shower. I asked why and just said he would not do. He says he only deals with a certain had picked contractors. Sounds like no other contractors would he work with. He was demeaning, he would not let me talk. All he wanted to do is get me off the. He treated like I wasn’t a person. I was not worthy of his business. He dismissed me and shouted at me. He said my current situation is a hornets nest. I said he had never seem “my situation”. He has never seen my home. He dismissed me and would not listen. I asked to meet with him in person. He did not want to meet me. He does not return my calls. He said he was not going to do my job and no one was going to call me. I have never had someone be so nasty to me. And I am 68 years old. I called them because he is a local business. I always shop local I have called other companies and have made appointments with them to come to my house. Measure for my glass doors and give me a quote. I hope to sign up one of them I have not got an apology from Mike Bomar. Very poor customer service. Rude, nasty, demeaning. He did not treat me as a human being. I have very happy with local businesses support, kindness and customer service
