I took them an overly large builder’s mirror out of my bathroom and they cut it into 3 smaller mirrors for an unbelievably low price. Work was done in a reasonable time frame and was done well. Highly recommended!
Seth is a good representative and did a great job getting back to us quickly with a quote for repair and got the job done by Sheldon earlier than expected. Definitely going to my first choice is we need any of their kind of work done again. Bethel Lutheran Church.

I called to inquire about this business for my business. The customer service over the phone was terrible. I asked the woman who answered the phone a few questions. She was supposed to be putting me on hold to transfer me but didn’t, I heard her entire conversation & she told the lady she was talking to that she wasn’t in the mood to be dealing with”these people today”….what does that even mean??…she realized she never put me on hold & hung up the phone on me…I called right back, someone else answered. I told her what happened she didn’t apologize nor seem to care. I asked if they were interested in new business, she hesitated…I proceeded to tell her what I was looking for because the other lady didn’t convey it properly. I then repeated again what the other lady said because as a customer I expect to feel welcome where I spend my hard earned money as well as that who I spend money with at least acts like they care & the other lady tells me”if your going to keep repeating that we’re not going to work with you” so I hung up on her…so disrespectful…I’m literally appalled at the arrogance in the exchange that I experienced with these two women. As a customer & a business owner, I would never want either of them representing my business. People like that would definitely run a business to the ground. On with my search I go…
