Solid service! Able to schedule quickly after the free estimate and final price matched the estimate. Only downside was that they did not confirm where I wanted the outlet line to originate on the porch so they had to patch a hole and re-drill.
Needed a line to placed for an electric vehicle. Electrician came out to assess and said he would send a quote the next day. Followed up 3 times and he never responded. Would not recommend.

The two young men who did the electrical job were polite and professional. They were friendly and respectful and did their work efficiently. They completed the work in less than an hour and cleaned up when they were done, using a handvac to clean up the drywall dust. Very professional crew. I will hire them again.

Quick and professional. I was kept in the loop via text throughout the day for eta’s and other appointment information. Price was very reasonable- much better than I’ve experienced in the past with other companies. Would recommend and use their services again.

My husband and I just had the most amazing experience with Buckeye Electric of Upper Arlington. Their customer service from the initial quote to the actual completion of the service was absolutely stellar. Jose S and Jacob C, the two electricians who came out, were so gracious with us as we both worked from home today and had our 7-month old, rambunctious puppy around as well. They were clean, efficient, and listened to what we wanted. Their work was beyond expectations, and the pricing was so reasonable. We would give 6 stars if we could. We will definitely be repeat customers and will recommend the company to our friends and family!

Thank you Buckeye Electric! I've used a variety of different electric companies and will never use anyone other that Buckeye Electric moving forward. They were polite, professional, quick and most importantly, they provided a good quote with at a reasonable price. Well done.
This is actually my 2nd review as I needed work done late on Saturday. Dan was my electrician this time and showed within 30 min as he said and completed the job in less than 20min. Again, the price for the professional work cannot be matched from any other company. Believe me, I know as have dealt with a few and called many. Based n my experiences, I hope this company gets the recognition and praise deserved if already haven’t. Thanks again!!

Dan didn't show up for our appointment, didn't apologize or explain, and then rescheduled through an automated system for a random date in the future without contacting me.
To be fair, his automated emails do state pretty clearly that he may just not contact you when his schedule changes. That probably works for some people, and his great reviews indicate that he probably does great work when he does show up.
When we spoke on the phone to schedule the appointment, Dan himself admitted that he needs a secretary.
If you have a demanding schedule or need predictability, unfortunately Buckeye Electric probably isn't the right electrician for you, at least until he's able to organize things a bit better.

Buckeye electric was an excellent vendor for installation, pricing, and professionalism. Kind, flexible, great team. Arrived on time, started on arrival, answered any questions I had, and went about their work with professionalism and diligence. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking to install an EV charger, or any other electrical work. Superb!

I will look elsewhere next time. The quality of work did not meet my expectations as seen in the pictures. Over cut drywall, stripped screws, cracked switch, light fixtures and switch covers not flush, found pieces of grounding wire and fiberglass in each of the rooms. In the 8 hours they were here, they did not finish two of six requested items on the quote.

We gladly fix any issues and warranty all of our work. We service over 800 customers per years so yes, mistakes happen, and once we are aware of the issue we will gladly make any repairs - As you notice from our many 5 star reviews, we do great work, however every once in a while we run into a difficult situation. I suggest reaching out to the office instead of google. Job was completed on 2/12/21. Im curious why you wait till 3/8 to post a review, and why you mentioned nothing about a broken switch or any other issues when you called me about the drywall. Please make sure you get out and enjoy the warm weather!"

Thank you for the reply. You are correct. A week later during our phone call you did mention that drywall repair may be needed after installation. It is my mistake for assuming that it wouldn't be for careless workmanship.
I am sure that you and your employees are capable of great work, but this was not an example of that.
