I would highly recommend Mr. Countertops for anyone considering butcher block! His communication was always prompt and he asked all of the right questions to ensure that he made the product I envisioned. It turned out just as I imagined!
Awesome counters. Makes our kitchen look like a million bucks. Installation was fast and seamless. Would refer him to anyone for quality and timely professional work.

I hired David a.k.a. "Mr Countertop" to install butcher block counter tops in my home and although I was a bit nervous at first, in the end I am highly satisfied and actually wanted to take the time to write a review. Here's my honest feedback:
I definitely recommend David for your countertop needs and would use him again. However, my advice to you when hiring him is to be prepared to stay flexible with your project timelines. There were a number of times where communication could have been better and our install day was pushed back a couple of times, which made it tricky to schedule other workers that couldn't begin until the countertop was installed.
That being said, the day that David brought the butcher block counter to the house on installation day and I set eyes on it - my goodness what a craftsman he is! He took the unfinished piece of wood I had purchased from a store in Cleveland (David actually drove up and got the wood for me) and in his workshop molded and polished and sanded and carved it into nearly a work of art - it's gorgeous and it fit absolutely perfectly.
On installation day he worked, in the heat, tirelessly to install a new sink and faucet I had purchased and even came back the next day to fix a dripping issue I had. It took him 5 minutes and he didn't hesitate.
All in all, you won't find a better value for the quality of work he does.
