Care scheduled repair for the day after my call. The serviceman was quick and efficient. Didn't try to sell me or talk me into any unneeded repairs or service. I'm very happy with the experience and will call Care again if we need repairs.

Care installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home last winter. When the AC was utilized this spring, it produced a noise in part of the house due to vibration of the line between the inside and outside units. Care quickly diagnosed the issue. Sean was dispatched to re-due everything between the inside and outside units. Sean was polite, knowledgeable, and spent several hours replacing the components and completely eliminated the vibration and associated noise. Exceptional and prompt customer service by a great team.

Corey was professional and courtesy. He actually diagnosed the problem before looking at the unit because he actually listened to what I told him the problem was. And he was completely accurate and had my A/C working within an hour (minus drive time to retrieve the capacitor from the warehouse). He them demonstrated how the company's service program would save me money on the visit while providing service to both the A/C unit and furnace for the coming year. Well worth the money spent and would recommend Corey and C.A.R.E Heating and Cooling to anyone.

Shawn was awesome. I know he arrived at our house after a long hot day and he was as courteous as can be. Very pleasant and helpful. Do what you can to retain people like Shawn. Pay him more, he's an excellent face for Care.

Wes did our annual AC tune up. He did an excellent job. He also did an extra treatment for the drain pan, which I really appreciated. I also appreciated the clarification he gave me about the different service plans available. He was a great representative of the company.

I had problem with cooling of our heat pump system and was very glad that I reached out to Care Heating/cooling Company and was able to get an appointment right away to get the issue check. The technician- Andrew was very knowledgeable and explain what our options. He was very nice and was able to answer all our questions. We opted to have the issue resolve with addition of refrigerant. At this time the cooling is working again and hopefully will last for a while. Thank you so much Care heating/cooling and especially to your proficient tech (Andrew).

Shane came out and fixed the AC unit. Within 10 minutes of being here everything was working as normal. He also took the time to explain relevant details regarding the unit and system for CARE to better maintain our furnace and AC unit. He was also professional and personable. Will happily continue using CARE as our HVAC provider.

I really like their free second opinion my AC was blowing warm. I feared the worst. I called a company they said the compressor was dead then I see Care Heating and Cooling. Had a free second opinion diagnostic for the AC compressor and they came out and confirmed and then came back to give me a bid for a new unit. The peace of mind having that free second opinion was great! The tech that came out actually calmed me down and explained thoroughly and realistically what was going on. This is a company I feel like I can trust.

I was very impressed with the CARE team from the dispatch and administrative support to the actual on-site work. However, there were some issues with the initial visit and the follow-up that was at the least concerning. The technicians in the first two visits seemed to find initial problems and solve them but apparently missed some major issues that had to be cleaned up and rectified by Shane Bigham, the third technician. The first visit there was a capacitor malfunction that was diagnosed and repaired but somehow the blow motor was overlooked and as it turned out was the prevailing issue that caused the system to shut down for good a few days after the first two technicians had examined it. Further, as I paid for an overall tune-up on the air and furnace, neither was cleaned even to a minimum standard (see attached pics). I was told by the second tech that cleaning the air unit would cause it to immediately leak. However, if you look at the pics, the system was severely clogged and needed some level of attention. In the end it was Shane who came out and conducted a comprehensive overview of the system, replaced the motor, cleaned both systems and even replaced a wire that was frayed due to how it was placed by another technician or the house's previous owner. At any rate, I do appreciate the effort but it seemed there were communication breakdowns between the first two techs as to who was to do what. I really appreciate Shane for his diligence, professionalism and expertise in resolving the issues and cleaning the units to my satisfaction. Jeff
