We recently contacted Bath Depot to convert our outdated jetted tub to a walk in shower. We couldn't be happier with the results. The whole process was a positive experience. Jack sat down with us and explained the options, materials, and process. Ed completed the entire job with minimal disruption to our daily routine by cleaning up after each day so we could still use the rest of the bathroom. After the project was completed, we noticed a spot where the caulk seemed a little thin and Jeff came out within 3 days and re-caulked the entire shower. I would recommend Bath Depot to anyone looking to update their bathroom with a beautiful new shower!
The installer, Ed, was super professional and detail oriented. Plus, he was very compassionate about his surroundings with the demo process and kept things very clean during his entire time at the home; overall, just a very good guy! We had a very pleasurable experience overall and we love the new walk-in shower. It’s elegant, modern, and matches our personality! Job well done!!

Bath Depot Cleveland is very customer service oriented! Everything that was said was going to be done was completed in a very professional manner & up to the expectations that were setup to us from the very beginning. Our project manager, Jack, was ver6 friendly, personable, and easy to talk to, and the installers Bill & Billy Jr., were a pleasure to have in the home! We highly recommend the Bath Depot team and their top notch services!!

This was such an amazing company. The whole process was easy. Found them at Walmart, someone called us & set up a time for Jack the project manager to come out. He explained everything to us. Went to the show room with him, picked out what we wanted! Set up financing, install date & Ed & Jim came out & did a fantastic job! Took there time & cleaned up everyday! Even to the end with Rory the customer care rep. Gift basket, pics of the bathroom & wanted to know how things went & what concerns I have & how the process went. My bathroom is beautiful! It's our spa, our get away. Thank You for the exceptional experience Bath Depot! Highly recommend them!

Bath Depot did a wonderful job on our bathroom remodel. The process was coordinated and went relatively smoothly. From our project manager Sean, to our contractor Paul, to Rory's warranty follow up, each part of the process was spelled out and executed with professionalism and care. We highly recommend Bath Depot. The picture really doesn't do the work justice.

Great job by Bath Depot remodeling our master bath. New flooring, tub and shower enclosure. Skilled and knowledgeable installers and tidy cleanup at the end of each day.

I am absolutely thrilled with the work Bath Depot did on my bathroom, and plan on going back to them when I'm ready to remodel the second bathroom in the house. Safety and accessibility were my main concerns - the fact that their work is gorgeous is an added bonus :)
Our project manager Jack was courteous and professional to work with from start to finish. He paid attention to my concerns about making the shower as safe as possible for my mom, while other companies wanted to skip over that and go straight to appearance.
The installers were prompt, friendly, and helpful. Because of the way Bath Depot constructs the shower surrounds, they were able to let my mom select exactly where the grab bars, shower head docking station, and shelves went on the day of the install. Those features are placed where they are most useful to her.
This was the least stressful remodeling project I've had done, and the results are awesome.

Could not be happier with our decision to replace our outdated tub and shower! The process was seamless and simple from the initial quote to completion. The project manager Jack was knowledgeable and thorough and sales process was well put together leaving you confident that the rest of the process would be equally stress free. The installer Paul was very pleasant and talented and full replacement down to the studs and pipes was completed beautifully in 2 days. These people really care about the details and customer experience. Professional process top to bottom and would definitely recommend Bath Depot!

Absolutely excellent experience from start to finish. Paul and the team did a perfect job installing a new shower stall and a new bathtub in my home. The whole process was fast, easy, and stress free, and I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to update their bathroom work with them.
