My tank water heater started leaking, and Killeen was one of the few plumbers I had come out to estimate. They were there within a day, very friendly, and provided a couple options. Their prices were reasonable, a bit lower than other plumbers. They also use high quality components.
They came out within a couple days to replace my two aging tanks with a Navien Tankless solution, and had it done within a day. Fantastic service, and will definitely give them a call again if I have any plumbing needs in the future.
Killeen Plumbing is the only company I'll use for my house's plumbing needs. Their knowledge, professionalism, and prompt communication puts them above all others.
But most of all, their prices is unbeatable, especially for the high quality work they do.

Joe & George were great! Very professional & respectful! I had sewer back up in basement. They snaked the main, cut out tree roots and even cleaned my disgusting toilet and shower in the basement that had overflow in them.
I highly recommend and will definitely be calling them for all my plumbing needs!

Tony stopped out to give me an estimate and was able to do the work the same day. I was thrilled. Tony was very professional, answered all of my questions and did a great job. Pricing was more than fair. I highly recommend Killeen Plumbing.

What a perfect experience. From my first inquiry asking for help until just now watching Patrick walk out the door. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and made this experience enjoyable. I would give them stars to the moon and back they were that wonderful!!!

I cannot recommend Killeen Plumbing enough. They're sewer division was able to help us identify a foundational plumbing issue and they had it fixed within 3 days of being onsite. Additionally, they came back a number of months later once the dirt in the dig spots had settled and removed any excess for us.

Great experience today!
Called Killeen because the elderly woman I’m caring for had a faulty kitchen disposal.
Johnathan M. (McGee?) & Cole arrived within ONE hour and fixed everything, including an additional leak that we weren’t aware of. I’m very impressed with Killeen and I will certainly recommend.
Both men were extremely professional and efficient. Thank you!

Great staff and service for a great price every time. I recently had an issue with sewage backing up into my basement and they were able to send someone over very quickly. Joe Conway and George did a great job getting the line and basement cleared out and did everything they could to get me back in working order. Can't recommend them highly enough.

When we needed a plumber well over 20 years ago, we found Killeen. Their company has always treated us like family, charged fair rates, showed up when promised, and most of all, done great work. We have had foundation drain work, footer drain cleaning, and main storm drain line cleaning/reconstruction. More recently they have done hot water tank and toilet installs, minor sink and drain maintenance, and almost anything a normal homeowner would need done. If that's not enough to recommend this company, every person, we've talked to on the phone to set up appointments and every plumbing technician visiting our home has been courteous, understanding and professional. We have needed a lot of help in the past 6 months and feel really happy that Killeen is our plumbing company, especially when we had a sanitary drain backup that they addressed and fixed within a few hours time.
