Sean was able to make it out quickly and was reasonably priced! He took the time to walk us through the process and set some additional pins along the line to help settle a property line dispute. Should we need any surveying done in the future, we found our guy!

Sean Boland is extremely professional and explained all the question i had for my survey and property pins. He made a property survey, placed new iron pins around corners. My wife found his number on google but we were spectical whether he would come on time and do a good job. Sean did his job meticulous. He even helped our old neighbor who wanted him to locate his property pins. Because of Sean we were able to get a permit for a fence and city was happy to see the pins. I had some question and i called Sean after few months of survey and he answered the question right away. I would highly recommend him and rehire him in future if i need a survey.

Sean Boland came out the other day to survey my back yard because I want to put up a privacy fence. Him and his associate were very professional and covered everything that I needed to know, including a full walk-through when it was done. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful, all while being lower priced than many other surveyors in the area (I called about 5 different companies for quotes and was the lowest that I could find). I am waiting for him to send me an official drawing of my property in the mail, but at this time I have no reason to believe that he won't follow through on that.
