Our experience was great. The customer service at the showroom was very quick and easy. The sales people were a pleasure to work with. The installers were very professional and hard working. The floors are beautiful!!

McSwain Carpets & Floors

I am absolutely thrilled with my new custom area rugs that Kim Schrier helped me pick out! She was spot on with my taste, my desired color palette and the importance of a durable, high- quality product. We went with Glam Rock, created by Danny Rahe, and they look amazing! Both rugs were cut and bound to my exact specifications. Coming from a perfectionist, I could not be happier! This was the third carpet project that the folks at McSwain have helped us with. We worked with Jana Mullins on our first project a couple of years ago when we replaced the carpet in our basement. Her expertise and service were beyond helpful in making our selection, and we have received so many compliments on our new carpet! Not to mention, with two housecats, it cleans up beautifully :-) The second project was replacing the carpet on our main floor and upstairs bedrooms which we did last year. Rich Wisecarver helped us with that project and did an excellent job! It's exactly what I had envisioned. At McSwain, you'll find an amazing selection of quality carpet, excellent customer service and on-time, dependable installation by professionals with an eye for detail. Much appreciated!

McSwain Carpets & Floors

So thrilled we went with McSwain to replace all the floors in our home- they ripped up tile, carpet, vinyl, and laminate and replaced it with LVP, wool runner, and high end carpet. Several reasons to recommend: -Kim: Her in-depth knowledge of all the flooring options and her design skill made selections a breeze. The flooring exceeds all of our practical needs and looks like we paid an expensive designer thanks to her expertise. -Price: We got several quotes and priced the box stores, and Kim negotiated a price for us that was very competitive (and in most cases less) for higher quality products, including a gorgeous wool runner on our entry way stairs that sets off our home. - Thorough & detailed installation: From their recommended contractor Todd who removed our baseboards & bathroom fixtures to John's crew for the hard floor and Miguel's crew of the carpet, every person who entered our home was professional, courteous, and dedicatedly hard-working. - Rapid & concerned follow-up with issues: When we called about a few small aesthetic changes we wanted to the carpet install and the LVP, all of the McSwain staff took personal concern and care to get our issues resolved. So much so, that when Lou came to inspect the carpet, he sent a crew out to improve things we hadn't even noticed that he wanted better! Kim worked with us to find an alternative plan for the clunky standard T-molding of the LVP manufacturer to make a smooth transition to our hardwood floors. Not once did anyone mention a charge for these improvements- they just wanted us to be happy with our new floors. Several friends had recommended McSwain over the alternatives, and they were absolutely right- from the knowledgeable sales staff, the family atmosphere where the customer is treated like family, and the skill of the installation crews, I would highly recommend McSwain as the first and only place to go.
