Kathryn Irish has provided terrible customer service. Has taken multiple attempts to get replies from her. And she basically refused to try and help facilitate a flooring repair after damage was done by a contractor of ours, even so much as helping us simply order material corporate customer service said is on order.
Was well taken care of and they did it much cheaper than any other company. Darrin Samson is the manager and was very helpful and got it done the right way. Seth Defrolick was the store sales representative!! Both were impeccable and honestly gave me and recommended the best deals. It’s all completely worth it

Easy Peasy! Seth, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and made picking my flooring out painless. I will be going back for area rugs and possibly lighting. Thank you Rite Rug.

I went to the RiteRug Flooring Outlet today in Whitehall to get a rug. Seth made the whole experience perfect. He was knowledgeable & friendly! I highly recommend stopping in and talking to him for all of your flooring needs. I will definitely be back the next time I need any flooring!

The two gentlemen from Rite Rug Outlet worked quite fast and efficiently. They replaced the carpet/padding in my basement and 2 flights of stairs with the landing. I am very pleased. They completed the entire job just under 3 hours. The final cost for everything was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend their services to friends and family.
UPDATE 6/24/2024: The vinyl flooring was installed on 6/7/24. The guys did a great job EXCEPT, someone forgot to order the transition pieces. That took about 7 days to receive. I was scheduled for the next day once they arrived and no one showed up. The appointment was then rescheduled for the next business day. Now, the transitions do not match the flooring. The sales person said that’s all they had and the owner will contact me. You would think that maybe this could’ve been communicated during the sale. RiteRug has their money and I’m here with an unfinished job. Although the actual work looks pretty good, (minus the transition pieces) the customer service and communication needs improvement to ensure that the customer is aware of such shortcomings like this. I am now disappointed.

I was shopping for carpet today and I had Darrin Samson for my customer service help today 4/26 not only was he friendly and kind . This man was an expert in his field !! He had customers when I walked in the door and was still helping me within 5 minutes of my arrival. I would highly recommend this location and Darrin he is so kind and knowledgeable. You don’t find people like him anymore . This company has an amazing selection if you need flooring you’d be incredibly satisfied to shop here and they has every single thing I needed with the best price I could find in over a decade ! Wow I’m a customer for life ! I’d rate them 100 s͙t͙a͙r͙s͙ of that was possible !!!!! Thank you Darrin you are appreciated!!!

I had a wonderful experience here. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful and the prices were very good. It's incredibly difficult to find the color I was looking for, but I was lucky enough to find exactly what I wanted in their pre-bound remnants for 1/10 of the cost of other rugs I had bought online and returned. Definitely worth a call and a visit if you're looking for rugs.

David provided me with a full layout of my flooring choices throughout an entire home project. The installation team was professional and cleaned up after the install. I love my hardwood floor! And the carpeted stairs are lovely!
