Daniel Showell is the most thorough and amazing technician. He crossed all the T’s and dotted all the I’s… he did everything he could possibly do to fix our septic issue. It was wonderful to see someone so dedicated to providing good service. His recommendations were in writing, and he did everything he could. Great service! I called to set up an appointment for my clogged drain and had an appointment the next day. The technician called before arriving, explained the services he would provide, and then went about snaking my drain. All told he was in and out in under 30 minutes, for the advertised cost of $93. I will definitely refer any friends who ask to Buckeye plumbing.

Jon R., the technician who came out to help us was wonderful! He fixed our issue quickly and explained exactly what he did. He also gave us an estimate for future work we may need done based on the age of our home. Would absolutely recommend him and Buckeye Plumbing to anyone with plumbing needs.

Mike was a fantastic help! Very detailed explanation and a sick diagnosis of what was a very weird wiring issue that once fixed had us up and running very quickly. Was very fair and upfront about our options moving forward with our almost 30yr old system and was all around the best we could’ve hoped for from a technician. Highly recommend.

The technician Josh was polite, friendly, and incredibly professional! He called and sent a text to let me know he was on his way and arrived early! He even gave me tips on how to keep my old cast iron plumbing from building up sludge! From scheduling to tech arrival to the process of cleaning the drain my experience was wonderful and they warranty their work! Could not be more pleased and I will certainly be using them again!

Buckeye did a great job in relocating a gas line about 4 inches so that our new gas range could be placed against the kitchen wall. They arrived on time and the technician, Josh, was friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is because I felt the quoted price was rather high, so I would rate the value for the money 3 stars. Everything else, including communications with me, was 5 stars.

This was our first time using their plumbing service, and they did a really great job! Our technician, Aaron, was super polite, professional and efficient. They seem like a very organized company. The cost was higher than I expected, but they did a great job, so it was worth it. Very pleased!

Jamie came to provide us a quote for our heating and air. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She got the measurements and the quote quickly. She took the time to explain everything answering all my questions and providing additional details. The pricing was one of the lowest ones we received. She sent the quote online so we could review it easily and went through the next steps.
The whole process was quick and easy. I highly recommend contacting them if you are looking to replace your heating and air conditioning unit.

I had them out in the past for furnace issues that I couldn't fix myself. Eventually I purchased a new 2.5 Ton HVAC from them. At the time they offered to install a furnace and it was cheaper then (2021), but I declined and wish I didn't because the furnace was 17 years old then. This year it turned 20 and it took a shtt. I knew it was time so I went with buckeye because I trust them the most. The "other" major competitor in this area is priced too high and rude, but Buckeye is all business and honest. They installed a new 96% efficient 1 stage furnace. Old one was 2 stage, but I can't tell the difference. They came out in 1 day and had it installed in 3 or 4 hours. Did a great job too.
