I had the spring break on my garage door the Friday before New Years.I called Great Garage door and told the office person that I was in a real mess and needed help. She scheduled a technician for that afternoon. He arrived and put in a new spring and made some other necessary repairs. I really appreciate the quick response and professional work.

The gentleman who came out to help is a true hero. Called in to ask for a price on a new door with opener. Told the lady on the phone if they can fix it please do so and we'll replace it later. The Garage door wasn't opening at all and my mower was stuck inside. Guy came out and spoke to my wife who wasn't completely sure of the details since I was the one who made appt. He DIDN'T treat her like crap or try to be shady. He fixed our rail and got the door back to better than before and only charged $140!! I will be doing my business with Great Garage Doors! Thank you for the help!

I have used this company several times and I would highly recommend them! They do quality work at a fair price. Their technicians and installers are all very knowledgeable and skilled. I have had a spring repair, an opener installed, and a new Haas door installation. Very happy with all of the work that has been completed! A big thank you to Mike today for putting my new door in on such a cold day. Great job! Great company! Great Garage Doors!

It has been a long time since I have seen professionalism, skill, and a sense of urgency followed by attention to detail.
I am very happy with the service safety protocols our technician used as well. Replacing Garage door springs can be very dangerous! Photo is before the repairs were done.
