I give Lepi 5+ stars, very responsive, honest, timely, courteous and they did a great job. We had a small moisture problem behind some old wooden shelving in our lower level. Brad came out the same day I emailed his firm and honestly evaluated the two areas of concern. I received a quote the next morning that was just what we had discussed was a best solution. I asked for a fast job due to upcoming holidays and Brad suggested I call the scheduling guru, Jeff. Jeff was able to have a team of three men with vehicles and all our new metal shelves arrive at 9:15 am the next day. They finished at 2:15 pm. Total days from asking for a visit to a job well done, three days. Amazing customer service.

Had a great experience building a medical office building with this company. I found all the the people on the job to be professional, respectful, and hard working. The project had a lot of creative aspects that the team seemed to enjoy. When necessary, they were good problem solvers.The project manager kept an eye out for practical cost savings which is nice because the little things add up. I found that everyone on the job took pride in their work. I hope I have an opportunity to work with them in the future.
