This is another business that I've tried to give my money and they make it very difficult. At least two times I've gone in to try and schedule work do be done and they've either gotten back to me WAY later than they were supposed to, or forgot altogether. The price they quoted me for some shower glass was almost 6 times more than anyone else, and the quote arrived two weeks after I finished the bathroom remodel. Recently wanted to get a window pane replaced, was told it could be today or tommorow, or probably next week but we'll call you. Didn't receive a call until the week after, where they said they were on the way late in the afternoon, I waited at home and canceled plans, two hours go by and I get a call saying it will be tomorrow. It's a huge waste of my time to constantly be waiting on A1. I gave two stars because a couple years ago I got some glass replaced on a camper and it was cheap, but still took days longer than anticipated.
Sierra and Blake Hasty are the absolute nicest people! They came out to measure 2 broken windows the same day I called and came back the next week to repair them. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing glass repaired!

Absolutely would recommend to friends family any one who needs glass doors fixed. They were able to do the estimate in a day and had it fixed by the third day. I live in a late 1950s home with original fixtures that glass sliding door looks exactly like the original glass. Couldn't be more happier!

I had been living with 2 broken windows for months in my historic rental- each in a room that had no a/c or fan.
I was tired of waiting for my landlord to solve these issues, so I took charge & called A-1 Glass (knowing my landlord uses them). 1 call was made & the very next day a tech was at my house to assess the situation and give a quote; his name is JUSTIN.!! Not only was Justin confident & knowledgeable, he was quick with a smile, easy to deal with, & very respectful. I don't know about the rest of the staff at A-1, but if they're anything like JUSTIN, there will be nothing but success for the future!! Thanx, Shannon C.

This is one pathetic excuse of a business. Went there to inquire about a replacement window for our China Cabinet, and was told they could not order beveled glass. Went there again a few days later to inquire about a glass shelf order, once again, no knowledge of the subject. One person, who had no knowledge of the business, told me that she only works there one day a week.
