Didn't have a long wait, service person was friendly, repair/repolace options were explained clearly, more than one estimate provided based upon which option I chose, service was performed that day, and no more leaks. Thank you!

They did a Excellent job in rerouting my Kitchen pipes and Putting in a Kitchen Faucet with no mess to clean up Thank you so much.

Its not easy picking a plumber, there are lots of options but I landed on Fixt due to the excellent reviews. I called at 8:05am yesterday, talked to an exceptionally friendly woman, provided my info and issue regarding my water heater and was told I was on the books for service by noon. I got off that phone call and thought to myself wow that is one of the friendliest people that has ever answered the phone at a business like this. I then went about my day working, pretty content that I had probably picked the right plumber if they had someone like that answering the phones.
About 1pm my wife who was at home contacted me and asked what was going on with the plumber coming out? I had completely forgotten about it. I double checked I had no missed calls and I didn't so I called Fixt again and talked to Stacy at 130pm, not sure if it was the same person as in the morning but she was friendly as well. I thought it was a little odd after telling her what happened because she just asked for my name and number and told me a manager would call me. I wasn't mad, I really just wanted to know when they would send someone out but that is the direction she took the call.
At 3pm I still hadn't heard anything. I wasn't looking forward to another cold shower again so I debated do I call Fixt back? No, I decided. I don't know what was going on but the opportunity had passed, clearly I wasn't a priority. I called another plumber at 3pm instead that is well reviewed as well, they were at my house at 330 and had my water heater relit. Today they are replacing it, its time and we've had issues before. I still have never heard back from Fixt though I don't need to at this point as we've gone another direction.

The plumbers did an excellent job. My only complaint would be how much they charge to do a warranty install when all they have to do is disconnect and reconnect. 900 plus is way to much.

Top notch - This is the team I call every time for anything to do w/ plumbing! Contacted them over the weekend w/ a non-emergency maintenance issue and they had it fixed before noon Monday. Perfect and trusted partner for our old (100+ yrs!) house.

These guys are the best! Take the time to explain what's going on. No pressure up-selling. They are the people I call when I have plumbing issues.

I have used this company for different reasons and they’ve been wonderful each time. They’re always professional friendly, and helpful. They even take time to answer my questions. This time I had a leaky water heater. I called in the morning time and they sent Zane and Joshua out within a couple of hours. They both were super nice, knowledgeable, and were able to replace the heater within a few hours. I plan on using this company for future repairs/projects.
