I’ve been using Jake’s plumbing for three or so years. I am slow to review. They are really good guys, Jake, Brendon and Brandon. I highly recommend this company. They know what they are doing and they treat you like they would like to be treated.

Jake and his crew were super helpful in an emergency situation. Brendan and Brandon arrived in the afternoon and had the situation fixed in an hour or so. They were insightful, joyful and energetic. And the prices were fair, too. Would recommend them to anyone.

We reached out late in the day when we were having issues with our water heater. They got out within 30 minutes and got us going. We agreed it was time to replace the water heater and they were out the next day. They communicated every step of the way, upheld their commitments, the pricing was fair and the work was done well, everything you can ask for.

We came home to a flooding bathroom and nauseating sewer water quickly traveling towards our master bedroom. We called Jake's Plumbing, after hours, and he was ringing our door bell before we could even start mopping up the water! He quickly discovered we had a clogged sewer line and someone had poured concrete on the area we needed to unscrew to flush our system. He had the concrete broken up, and system back in order within 30 minutes! His cost was very reasonable and the amount of money, insurance dealings, and time we saved avoiding all that water damage is priceless. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We are so thankful and will use Jake's Plumbing from now on. Its hard to find a trustworthy business, but the reviews on this page speak for themselves. You wont regret calling them.

Our pilot went out on our year old hot water tank. I called Jake's to make an appointment and was told they would be in our area later that day (BONUS with crazy weather in January). After speaking with my husband, he made it clear he didn't want to pay a plumber to come by until he had a chance to look at further that evening once he was off work. So, I messaged Jake and asked for a tentative appointment for the next day, "just in case." In the meantime, I was not looking forward to being without hot water all day. Needless to say, by 11 am Jake had sent me a text saying he was going to be in my area anyway, and that if he could get my pilot lit there would be no charge just for that. He didn't want us to be without hot water if we didn't have to be. He was by within the hour and had my pilot relit in a matter of minutes, while also showing me how to do it myself- in case I were ever in need of it again. Jake is a great guy and runs an honest, trustworthy company. I know several people who use them and have nothing but positive things to say. Use them next time you have a plumbing need. You will not be disappointed in the pricing or customer service!

Jake's Plumbing (Brenden) came out and found an issue from a previous plumber. Brendan was able to get my line unstuck and let me know that roots were the problem. He went above and beyond what most people would do to try to help me solve this problem. I cannot say enough positive about this experience, especially after having such a bad experience with another company. I will definitely use this company from now on exclusively!!!
