Who highly recommend finding another company to build your cabinets . Poor quality and workmanship if you want to call it that. Owner is terrible along with employees on responding. They have complete lack of quality control on the product they put out. Cabinets built wrong and take forever to correct. They act like you’re the problem when they built them wrong to begin with. No customer service and/or care what the product is they put out. Would NOT use them at all.
Our contractor used this company for our kitchen reno fall of 2020. Immediately two drawers didn’t work. I have been calling this place off an on for almost a year and they won’t return my calls even after leaving multiple voicemails. I once got ahold of someone who “put me on a list” and said they would call me in a few weeks. We never received a call and are extremely frustrated. I wouldn’t use this place, cheap quality and they obviously don’t care.

The are not responsive at all. When trying to get measured, we could not get Randy to show up. When he finally did. He got the measurement and was supposed to have a blue print ready to view a week later. Two weeks later we are called to go look at the blue prints at his office. Randy was 20 minutes late to his meeting with us. The blue prints weren’t even close to being ready and how we asked. They were winging it and doing the blue prints as we got there. A month later, we are called to look at the blue prints again because they weren’t done the way we wanted. Randy 20 minutes late again! My builder, sub contractor nor I could ever get Randy to answer his phone or call us back. We finally got our cabinets two months later and they broke the lazy Susan upon delivery and didn’t give us our peg system drawer like we requested and paid for... I’m still to this day trying to get ahold of Randy to get it fixed. We are still out of our house 3 months later, living out of a hotel with 3 kids. This company is the worst I’ve ever encountered in my entire life! DO NOT USE THEM... they need to go out of business due to their professionalism

Had a custom white oak vanity and wall cabinet ($1700+) made using very detailed plans submitted by our architect. When the vanity arrived, it wasn't square. The drawers didn't function properly as a result. 3" strip of MDF & 1/4" plywood used on the back vs. solid wood as requested - it was supposed to be a floating vanity, but no way that would work with the products used. There were multiple dirty handprints on the doors & drawer fronts of the unstained wood, which would have been a nightmare to clean before staining. The workmanship on the vanity overall was terrible, considering the cost and that they are CABINET MAKERS. We were also missing several pieces needed to finish the wall cabinet. They first sent their "shop foreman" to "fix" the issues, at one point he slipped and said "my custom cabinet guys didn't build this..." and "this isn't a custom cabinet" despite the fact that it was CUSTOM designed for our bathroom by our architect. Shop foreman finally admitted the issues needed to be corrected and sent their crew to pick the cabinets up to correct their shoddy work. It took another 2 weeks before we got the cabinet back. It was definitely an improvement, but after spending a lot of quality time with our cabinets staining them, I could see up close & personal how inconsistent the quality & color of the wood was. We've made it work since we had to, but I will never recommend them to anyone due to these issues.

Seriously the most unprofessional business who does not show any concern for their quality of work or their customers. We are in the third month and still trying to get them to finish a simple kitchen cabinet job. Promises are never kept with and only offer lame excuses for delays. Run from this place!!!! We have pics and documents and going to BBB.
