Lindsay was easy to work with and so helpful. Our countertops turned out beautiful!
Lots of places in the Tulsa area where one might purchase stone countertops, and we shopped most of them. SURFACES in Bixby got us what we were after.
Shortly after installation, a minor issue appeared - a mystery to us all, but it became the focus of the SURFACES team to address and correct it. In the end, it became apparent that the original piece couldn't be saved, but without hesitation SURFACES took care of it to our satisfaction 100%.
From initial contact to final resolution, SURFACES was with us all the way including "service AFTER the sale."

Beau and the crew at Surfaces exemplify GREAT customer service! Not only during initial instal but following up after to address any concerns that may arise. This was an overall excellent company to work with during our new construction! I highly recommend Surfaces and would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Surfaces does NOT stand behind their work!
I would not recommend Surfaces after my recent experience. Despite my proactive involvement in the project and repeated confirmations, they failed to deliver on their promises. They assured me that their laser measurements or the installer would account for out-of-square walls, but now I'm left with large gaps nearly an inch wide, making it impossible to install backsplash tile. When I reached out for a resolution, they offered no solutions and blamed the issue on my walls.
Additionally, the installation was careless—the installer left dangerously sharp screws protruding inside my cabinet where the support bolts were attached.
Overall, I am profoundly disappointed with the service and outcome.

quartz countertops look great, this review is for the undermount sink install, time it took to get tops installed and communication. So 6 weeks after placing the order my install date was on a day i couldnt be there and i wasnt about to reschedule after that wait, so the undermount sink was installed poorly. The bondo was mixed to hot that was placed in the center to attach the sink in turn holding the sink down because it couldnt be compressed, so needless to say my double bowl undermount sink is sagging about 3/16 of an inch in the middle. Surfaces did offer to fix it but said due to the type of my sink it would just happen again and on top of that i would have to pay for unhooking all the plumbing after just paying to have it put in! So for the 250 extra it cost for the sink install i got a shotty job, had i been able to be there it could have been corrected before it all setup ( the adhesive around the rest of the sink). Communication was delayed at times and could have been better.
For what these countertops cost the craftsmanship and quality of work could be much better. I would not recommend surfaces unless you can be there to check the work.
