Amazing experience with this company! Thorough, clear communication from sales and scheduling; crew was excellent - punctual and left a clean worksite at the end of the day. Our salesman, Mike, was awesome! Kept us informed through the whole process, even came out the following day to inspect the work. Highly recommend Firehouse Roofing!
This company and its team is just incredible. I’m so glad I chose them to replace my home roof. Michael, who worked with me from start to finish, was beyond wonderful. He and the whole installation crew were respectful of both me and my property.They worked so hard and completed the project in record time. The clean up afterwards was excellent. The neighbor directly behind me even texted to tell me how impressed she was having been able to watch them from her kitchen window. So this is two 5 star ratings instead on one! Firehouse was so amazing! Communication was top tier, I was informed in every step. Even after I had to add on my shop three days before tear off. It was no problem for them at all and finished my whole house and shop in a day! Absolutely fantastic! Anyone I know that needs a new roof will know Firehouse Roofing from me!

Amazing company. Immediately came out to fix a few things on my parent’s roof that had come up during inspections. Mike Dillon is a great representative for the company. He is friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly reliable. We will definitely be referring this company as well as using them for our next roof repair.

We have been putting off replacing our roof worried about the hassle and the cost. Firehouse roofing was referred to us by a contractor who does great work. I called Brayden and from the start I knew we had chosen the right company. Braden was efficient and professional. Got us the quote immediately (which actually shocked me how reasonable it was). As delighted I was with the cost I was even more impressed with the quality of work. The crew was amazing ( crew chief Jesse) got the job done in a day and it looks amazing. I can’t tell you how happy we are with Firehouse. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful to work with this company!!! Understood our needs, and went with it!! Brayden was a delight to work with!! He always had time for questions. The crew was very professional and they knocked it out fast, but well done. They also did not charge an arm or leg to get way too much profit!! I would recommend this company for anyone needing a new roof!

Great job for the roof. Installed and clean up in one day. Only came back the next day to check a neighbor's back yard any debris - the extra mile! Gutters up in half a day. It looks like we're in a brand new house :-) .

I just wanted to brag on my interface with your company. Got the post from Missy about roof inspections. Our roof is around 24 years old and I thought it was time to have it checked. I have no leaks just thought it was time. Filled out the online form and set a date a week out. We were doing spring cleaning on the front of our lot when a white pickup pulls up. We live rural and are gated so traffic is minimal. I honestly had forgotten about the appointment but thought…that may be the inspection I called for. A fine looking young man, Mat Dillion, got out and introduced himself. I explained the story on our self built home on Lake Eufaula. We went about our business and he proceeded to get his ladder out and start. We have a two story home. After about 30 minutes he came and told us some very good news. He said for a 24 yr roof it looked great except for the ridge that could stand replacing. I replied that we were pleasantly surprised and appreciated his honesty. Mat was a very pleasant young man. Then your follow up bids several days later were very explanatory. The administrative part of my interface with you was super. Then several days later a follow up email asking if I received the bids and had any questions. Rarely am I impressed as I was with my interface with your company and employee. Many folks are quick to give negative reviews about issues but reluctant to take the time to praise. You have just been praised. This doesn’t happen accidentally. It is because of good leadership.
