Jeremy responded quickly to my call and was able to get out the same day to diagnose the issue with my washing machine. A part needed to be ordered but that only took a day. Jeremy did a great job and got the repair done quickly. The machine is running great now. Highly recommend and I'll trust him with all my appliance repairs in the future.

I consider myself pretty handy, but appliances are one of the few things I don’t look forward to diagnosing and repairing. Jeremy has come out to the house a few times to fix an LG front load washer and a GE Monogram fridge ($10k fridge!). He fixed a few things (pump and a valve) on the washer and gave me tips to making it run better. He tried fixing the fridge the most cost efficient way but we ended up replacing the compressor anyways, which is still way cheaper than replacing the fridge. He’s on time (same day or next day), communicates well, professional, and he knows what he’s doing. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know, he’s saved me a lot of time and money.

Yesterday was the second time we hired Jeremy to fix our appliances. The first time he fixed our dishwasher and yesterday he replaced the water line to our refrigerator, he replaced it with a steel braided line and had to drill through two double pane cabinets. Both times he did an excellent job. Everything he does is done professionally and thoroughly. We highly recommend J & D Appliance Repair, they are the best!
