Absolute most worthless crew I’ve ever seen in my life. All they’ve managed to do with the highway is tear it up in months , the city should be embarrassed to have hired them on.

This company dump truck was carrying rocks which a rock fell off the truck and damage my windshield bow the claims team is telling me they see no evidence of the damage and call my insurance WILL NOT this is unacceptable

Will bring you in for an interview pretending they will pay what you want only for the person interviewing you won’t even interview you and waste your time because they won’t pay anything close to what you want. DISHONEST. DECEITFUL. Lying and liars are hated by God and will be punished. I am a employee & work 12Hour shifts everyday. Started with NO experience. Got hired making more than $12 was a Labour, now also run equipment & have almost 6Months experience. This is a dangerous job, like any other paving company. Duit has a motto "Duit Safely" also every morning we have a Safety meeting before work. The benefits, supervisor's, & your crew/co-worker's are great. Duit is one of the best companies to start your new career, if you have experience that's a plus!. Hard work does pay off financially & with better opportunity's working for Duit Construction.

They pay 12 for labor's and 14 for operators. Hire supervisors that hire there family and pay them whether they work or not. And have their wives ride around and nothing is said about it. If you do drugs.. you are welcome there. That is all that is working there. They test dirty, and they don't get fired. The new ad that is out, the one that says "we pay from $17-$23, is a BIG LIE, there foreman make $21. So, don't believe that ad.
