Scott Hill DON'T CALL HIM FIRST LLC. He is an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!! He has a chip on his shoulder probably from middle school. He pulls up with knee pads, elbow pads, headlamp, and puts orange cones out in front of my small condo, where he proceeds to conduct the worst inspection I have ever seen. He took pictures of my clothes in the washer, took pictures of my belongings and noted that they were there????? WTH???? He commented on cosmetic issues, knit picked everything from A-Z that had little to do with safety or functionality. He must have such contempt for people that remind him of his middle school bullies. What kind of inspector talks about where my gas cans are stored? They will be gone when the house sells. He tried to act like he was just warning me for safety reasons on a side note, but he put it in the inspection report. Why try to act like you are doing me favor, and then put it in writing. He listed over 40 items that were present when I went through inspections upon buying the condo. He said I needed a professional for each item mentioned, knowing that is absurd and an impossibility. SELLER BEWARE OF THIS FOOLISH, POWER HUNGRY JACK IN THE BOX. HE SHOULD NOT BE PERMITTED TO SHOW UP LIKE HE'S TOP FLIGHT SECURITY OF THE WORLD AND ABUSE THE LITTLE POWER HE HAS. KARMA HAS A LONG MEMORY SIR. GET OVER YOURSELF AND FIND A WAY TO POWER TRIP WITHOUT RUINING SOMEONE'S SELL. HE SEEMED TO ENJOY WALKING AROUND FEELING IN CHARGE! DON'T USE HIM EVER!!! IF YOU CAN HELP IT!

We were in a bit of a pinch, but Scott worked us in within the week's schedule, then we found out we were in a bigger pinch and needed ours completed within two days. Scott was able to get our inspection done that Saturday (within our two day timeframe requirement). Scott & Robb were so efficient, professional and thorough - they investigated all of our concerns and revealed some issues we weren't aware of. I would absolutely recommend Scott and his team. We just purchased our first home and Call Us First did an excellent job for us! It was a very thorough inspection for a GREAT price. The inspector, Neal, was very kind and courteous, it was raining that day and he always made sure to take his shoes off when walking on our new carpet. Scott stopped by briefly to make sure everything was going well and I felt very taken care of. I felt like they did a great job explaining to me what potential issues could be without talking down to me or making it seem scary. 10/10 would use again!
