Bought a house that ended up having many issues that were not caught on inspection. They said the leaks under the sink could easily be fixed. Had two different plumbers come out and say they’ve never seen anything like this and it’s not an easy fix at all. Spent over $500 for that. Then another sink in the house is not up to code and should not have passed inspection. The blower on the furnace went out the week we bought the house. They said this was a great house and it’s been nothing but a money pit. Also the two car garage is not a normal size garage so I can’t even fit my jeep in it and that wasn’t caught either. I never would’ve bought this house had all this been caught on the inspection that should’ve been. Really wish I could get the money back that I wasted on the inspection to put it toward repairs.

Jimmy did a thorough and meticulous property inspection for us. He found and detailed multiple problems and saved us from a lot of unpleasant (and possibly dangerous) surprises down the road. I highly recommend him and will use his services again in the future myself.

Jimmy was very professional. He had a very detail thorough inspection as well as report with clearly mark photos pinpoint exactly what he was describing in his report. Also took time to answer any of your questions did not rush to get it done. If you don’t n use this company your wasting your money

This was not our first homebuying inspection process, and Highpoint came out head and shoulders above other companies. Very reasonably priced, and available on weekends. Jimmy was remarkably thorough, professional, and attentive to detail. He took over 3 hours going over a 2000 square foot home, checking and explaining everything to us. He documented photos of every issue, crawled up into the furthest corners of the attic, spent time tracing down plumbing and electrical wiring questions, and was an all-around fantastic inspector.

Jimmy is great! Very thorough and helpful. His report was well laid out and easy to read but very detailed. I appreciated the color coding of issues by severity and the tags stating the recommended type of professional to tackle each problem.
I wasn't able to be there the day of so unfortunately didn't get to meet him, but I will definitely use Highpoint again and recommend Jimmy to friends based on the ease of scheduling, quality work, and attention to detail.

Jimmy is a true professional! I would recommend his services to anyone buying a home. He is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. The report is exceptionally detailed yet not too wordy, easy to navigate, and pictures are included for comments. His report provided not only comments about finding but advice on repairs, easy connection to handymen and even advice for the purchaser on how to maintain the home in top-notch fashion. His report was ready to view in less than 24 hours. I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Working with Jimmy has been an absolute pleasure. His response time was extraordinary, and he's a professional in every sense of the word. His report was thorough and detailed, and the quality of his work left me feeling like I lucked out when I chose him to inspect the property I was buying. Best part of my experience was the post-inspection discussion we had where he explained each of his findings in detail and offered suggestions on what followup was needed - his recommendations ended up saving me several thousands of dollars. Lastly, I'll mention his use of technology impressed me - one of the first things I noticed was how well his website was designed and how smoothly it functions, and the reports he writes are accessible in a convenient online format I hadn't seen before, but which I ended up preferring over the straight pdf (which was also available in multiple layouts).
