John did such a great job. I highly recommend him. He was thorough and explained all the issues he found with the property. His report was easy to follow and even included videos of what he found. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
The owner of this business is a terrible person to work with. Doesn’t understand the basics of work ethics or communication. Doesn’t deserve a penny paid to him. If I could give a zero star rating, I would. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He checked the whole house very closely and walked me through anything he saw as major. He gave great advice and was extremely patient with all my questions. When I needed contacts he was very helpful with suggesting people I could work with. Even after the job was done he continued to answer any questions that came up. Very kind and helpful. And the report given was very easy to follow and detailed.

I found John with Sooner Inspections through Facebook, he was highly recommended by so many, and rightfully so! My husband and I were very pleased with his thorough inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable with every inch of that house. Any question we had, he had the answer! Not to mention we had our detailed report within just a few hours of completion, with quick responses on any further questions. I will definitely be recommending him myself from now on. Thank you John for helping us feel so much more comfortable with purchasing our forever home!

We were referred to John and Sooner Home inspections while purchasing a home in Edmond. He was very responsive, scheduled quickly and seamless throughout the entire process. When he arrived to complete the inspection, he took his time and was very thorough (was there over 3hrs). After inspection was completed, he walked me through his very detailed report and answered all my questions. Days past the inspection, he reached out to see if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend 10 outa 10

John did our home inspection, and I am truly thankful he did. He was extremely thorough and client focused. He got us scheduled and on the books in a timely manner and was attentive to even the smallest of things! The report was clear and extremely in depth. His company saved me and the Ms. From getting ourselves into a money pit! He made it a very easy process and we were super thankful to have him. Highly recommend this company to anyway! Spend the money and get an inspection! Trust me it’ll save ya in the long run!

John May performed inspections on our home in November 2021. He was incredibly responsive and professional, taking the time to explain what he was doing and doing a through job. He never made us feel like a number. He was also well worth the cost; he found a significant pier issue that we were able to get the seller to correct. Also, when we later had an issue with getting the gas fireplace to ignite, he came by our house to show us how to get it working. I cannot recommend John and his company more highly.

John's work is incredible. While I did not have the pleasure of meeting him in person, the report that he provided on our new home was far and away more thorough and detailed than I had ever expected. I had a few questions about things that he found and he did not hesitate to call me and give me very concise, detailed explanations and clarifications. Overall, I cannot recommend John highly enough. I am deeply appreciative at his attention to detail and making sure there were no lurking issues, either current or potential, left uncovered.

John was amazing! He did such a thorough inspection. He really made me feel like I was a priority. He was so informative and honest! I’d definitely refer him to friends and family.
