Where do I begin? We’ve had nothing but exceptional service with A&T. Their technicians are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Rhett came and gave us an estimate that was competitive with other companies around. He was very personable and answered all our questions. He made us confident in A&T’s work, which was a big factor in us choosing to work with them. He communicated with us leading up to our project, making sure we had everything we needed and knew what to expect. Kieran, Landon, and Tristan were outstanding. They did our complete HVAC system replacement which was a massive 3-day job. They were so nice and are extremely hard workers. They didn’t stop til the job was done, during a crazy heat wave at that. They are truly superheroes! Kieran also returned later in the evening to make sure everything was still running properly for us. We are so thankful for him and his team. We felt very comfortable and safe with them working in our home around our children and pets. Ross joined them on the last day to assist with the gas line - he’s a great guy who does great work! John W came out on a holiday to help us out with a cooling question we had and he located the issue and promptly fixed it. We are very grateful for his time and expertise. You can’t go wrong working with A&T!

Ross and Juan ARE AWESOME!!!!! A&T Mechanical installed a brand new hot water tank for me within 24 hours. They were very calm, professional, and explained everything about my new hot water heater. Juan showed me how to change the temperature and Ross also explained to me how things work. I truly enjoyed their tenacity and knowledge about all things plumber. I highly highly recommend A&T especially these two guys. They got the job done quick and fast and everything is working! I would give them more stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if I could. John came out for our semi annual maintenance (which is def worth the money) and did an amazing job. He discovered we have a whole home filtration and do not need to put individual filters in our air returns. We had no idea. We have a return thats on our ceiling and very difficult to get to. We no longer have to worry about it. John was very helpful and completed the maintenance in an efficient manner. Highly recommend

Aaron was awesome! He came out for an emergency call we had him scheduled around 7 and he was able to get to us around 4. He ran diagnostics on our ac unit and was able to put some refrigerant in so we can make it to our appointment on Friday so we can stay cool during the heat that's coming in tomorrow. We really appreciate him coming out. Everyone I've talked to in office has been extremely helpful as well. I am big on customer service so thank you! Jacob came out for a tune up this morning and he was super efficient, extremely personable and just all around amazing. We will be using A&T for all of our repairs and tune ups from here on out.

Awesome experience! I had an estimate done a couple of months ago. Called to get it on the schedule and the team came out next day. Showed up on time and let me know they were in route. Once Remington and his helper arrived he gave me a breakdown of the process for what the day would look like for my project. Got it done and cleaned up so that it didn't even look like they were there. Everything works as it should. Highly recommended!

They sent a tech over within 30 minutes to help us rescue our pet gerbil that had escaped and ran down a floor vent into our furnace! Jacob, their tech, got right in there, coaxed out the critter (unharmed!) and cleaned out the fiberglass mess it was making. And because we’ve got their annual maintenance plan, there wasn’t even a charge for the tech visit! Outstanding, friendly service. Highly recommended.
