They were able to make a same-day appointment to fix my water heater. Matt was able to answer all my questions and explain things in a way i could understand.
I could not be more pleased with the work! From the customer service I got when I scheduled the appointment until the very end. The guys that came were friendly fast and efficient! They answered all my questions and cleaned up before they left, I even had a girl call after the visit to make sure I was satisfied with the work performed. I would recommend them definitely a 10 out of 10!

Friday afternoon my AC unit went out, called Above & Beyond after seeing great reviews on the next door app. They scheduled to send someone out Saturday. Jared showed up right on time, did a thorough inspection and gave us multiple options and price ranges. He was knowledgeable and friendly and didn't hesitate when answering our many questions. They got our new unit/parts ordered and were out Monday afternoon to remove and install our new system. I would highly recommend Above & Beyond and will definitely call them in the future. They really do go Above & Beyond!

Lane was thorough and identified issues with our AC units. He was able to fix one the same day and will return with a crew to fix the second! Professional and very kind. I didn’t get second opinions so I don’t know how prices compare (it felt high, but everything is high these days so I don’t have any idea!) but he did a good job and we needed our ac fixed quickly! Will update if anything changes after the second round of fixes!

I am recovering from surgery and was told by another company it would be two weeks before they could even stop by to diagnose the problem. That’s when I called Above and Beyond.
They came same day, fixed the problem and even sent me a text confirming who was coming with a photo of him in front of their truck. The price was fair and the service was quick.
The best part of all was the technician they sent. Michael Cordis was pleasant, knowledgeable, quick, and explained things using language I could understand.
We found our new company!! Thank you Above and Beyond, you lived up to your name today!

My AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year and they showed up the following morning. They were just the nicest people from the techs to the lovely woman on the phone...everyone seemed to really want to help me. I ended up buying a new Air Conditioning Unit and a new Hot Water Heater from them. I highly recommend their work as they were knowledgable, kind, respectful, helpful and cleaned up the areas when done. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

I can't say enough good things about Above and Beyond Air-Conditioning! They responded immediately to my call and fixed the problem right away. Not only was their service prompt and efficient, but it was also very affordable. On top of that, they provided me with valuable maintenance tips to ensure my unit lasts longer and works more effectively. Their professionalism and customer service truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service and sales from Above and Beyond.
What a week: 20 yr old houses have issues. Jared serviced our AC/Heat units. Our smaller 2 ton unit is toast. We experienced a Smooth transaction, no sales pressure, just great service. The Replacement is scheduled for Tuesday.
Also, we had some plumbing issues. I had Above and Beyond check out a noticeable leak off of our main line. The two plumbing associates, Joshua and Adam, that were sent out, did a great job getting the repairs done and not without some difficulty. I also appreciate the quick service and adjustment to our work order (downward) following the initial estimate. We highly recommend this stellar company as well as their very professional staff! Thanks a million!

Our technician, Michael and his assistant were punctual, polite and informative. They quickly assessed the problem and gave us options on the best way to solve the issue with our air conditioning. Michael provided us with detailed options that he explained thoroughly and left us with printouts that we could study to make the best decision for our needs and budget. We appreciated the ability to have some time to think through a big budget item. We could not have been more pleased with the whole experience.
