The technishen was awesome and very educational on air-conditioning system. He was great and advised me on how to help maintain the air-conditioning so it won't be so dirty, and help our electric bill outside of the general maintenance provided by Airco. This was fantastic as I am not a Native to Oklahoma and have never had an air-conditioning system like this one before.
Matthew and his crew with Airco were top notch! They replumbed my entire house, and not only are they extremely knowledgeable and proficient, their level of professionalism was outstanding. They were very clear when communicating the work they were doing and their solutions to the fixes that needed to be done. The attention to detail was above and beyond and they made sure everything was in perfect working order at their completion. I take comfort in knowing that I can always count on Airco to do an exemplary job. I highly recommend Airco for any of their services!

Lloyd arrived on time and did a great job installing my new garbage disposal. He explained exactly what my wife and I needed for our household. He also explained everything I would need to know about the garbage disposal. Another experienced worker that Airco is lucky to have as a representative!

Jeffrey did a great thorough job. He check both my filter, and paid special attention to my unit outside. It was really dirty, and he made sure that it was cleaned and running smoothly before he left. Thank u Jeffrey Autry

Landon and Adam came out and did a fantastic job getting my new hot water heater installed. They also walked me through the process of lighting the pilot. We even discussed The need for a water softener and how much of an impact that can make on the home. Keep in mind that all work will require you to be available for the city to inspect. They usually schedule the inspection within a week of work completed.

I have a Generac and a friend serviced it without knowing the correct way to do it. I have been unable to use it for a long time. Dustin with Airco came out last week and fixed it so that it works perfectly! He was kind, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He did not make me feel stupid and addressed every concern I had with patience and professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

Lloyd is awesome! He came out to inspect my leaking hot water heater. He was super knowledgeable, informative, and patient. It took a long time in my hot garage to figure out where the leak was coming from. He also shared tips and tricks for how to keep my equipment in good shape. Can’t recommend enough!
Update: I needed my water heater replaced and Gabriel came out to replace it. It took almost three hours and he was really kind and patient. Kept me updated the entire time and even went out to get a new tank when he realized the replacement was damaged. All around great service!

Edgar was awesome. He took care of everything! He is very professional and very knowledgeable. I am totally happy with his service and friendliness.
My only complaint is this: my confirmed appointment was scheduled between 1700 - 2000 hrs. That's 5pm - 8pm for the uninitiated. At 1:23 pm, I got a text telling me that Edgar was on his way to my house. No one from Airco notified me that my appointment was moved up by four hours. Edgar had to move his schedule around because I couldn't be there. I was at work and couldn't leave. It wasn't Edgar's fault. This lack of advance communication rested with Airco and their customer service department.

It’s never a great feeling to need a repair on a Sunday morning. The folks at AirCo were great though and were able to scheduled a technician to come out and take a look at my water heater. Lloyd, my technician, was excellent. He was personable, professional, and patient. Lloyd did a great job of assessing the situation and relating all of my different options.
