I've had Aire Service annual service since 2017 and they have never failed me. Today Issac L and Tim J repaired one of my three units. They arrived on time and replaced a major component without missing a beat. I'd highly recommend Aire Service of Greater OKC to anyone looking for dependable, quality service for your Heating and Air Conditioner needs.
Mr. Tim Jackel, Aire Serv of Greater Oklahoma City (Edmond office), was kind and patient when sharing his initial assessment of my air conditioner leakage problem. He promptly got to work and restored my air conditioner unit so that I didn't have to wait another day without cool air during these hot days that we've been experiencing. This was my first time using Aire Serv of OKC and I would happily recommend this company and Tim to others.

Air Serv did a great job on our install and the install technicians were amazing. Austin Fox and Brycen Beall were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were even nice at the end of the day and they were working in the attic when it was 100 degrees outside. I enjoyed working with them.

Aire Serv came into my life three summers ago when my man Matt came to my house well into a Sunday evening. He was there a couple hours and hadn’t been able to revive my 16 year old AC. He told us it was in bad shape and would need to be replaced, but he kept tinkering and as he was putting it back together to leave he came in and told us that a miracle happened and it had been raised from the dead. He came out another time as well and got us back up and running again. My son is obsessed with Matt and knows him by name. Once at a party he was introduced to a Matt and he replied, “oh, Matt is my air consheener repair sir!” He is as honest as they come and I would always request he come out.
Now three summers later and our AC went out, again. Late on a Sunday, again. This time it sounded like the motor was going out and it seemed likely we’d need to replace. We tried to get Matt out, but he was booked out a couple days. Destiny in the office scheduled Jake to come out and quote a new system early Monday morning to discuss our options. Jake was a great salesman and helped us decide on the system that made the most sense for our situation. He was not high pressure at all and I really felt that I could trust what he was saying. We have been having issues yearly and decided to just go ahead and replace.
They were able to install the next morning, which is where my boys Tim, Austin, and Brycen come in. These guys have the hard job, but they were all very friendly and professional the whole time. They did a great install and cleaned up like they’d never been there.
I’ve been dreading doing this for years now, but the Aire Serv team made it as easy as it could be.

This was my first time using Aire Serv of OKC, I was very pleased with Danielle, my AC Technician! She arrived within the block time, polite, professional, nice, new her stuff! I have never had such a thorough maintenance on my AC unit, and I have always had yearly maintenance done. Danielle has good communication skills, as well as, explains what she is doing. Well done.
I'm adding to this post, I had Aireserv out to my home recently, because my a/c compressor was not kicking on so my home was not cooling down.It was getting hot, it was after hours, but I called anyway, I spoke to a on call person, left all my info. By the next day I had an email confirming my appointment for that day, with Danielle. I received a call as well to confirm. Danielle arrived early afternoon had my compressor fixed and running within 30 min. It was a simple part, thank goodness! This was a team effort, Starting with the on-call person, The office staff, Destiny and Jill, and Danielle who took care of the issue. Thank you for the Promptness, Attentiveness, to this situation. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Jake recommended exactly what we needed for a new AC with no pressure, and Tim and Brycen installed it perfectly. We have also had a regular service plan with this company for years, and the employees- whether office or field- are unfailingly polite and on time.

Austin, Tim, and Brycen did an incredible job replacing my HVAC. It turned out really nice, and works really well. This crew is really friendly and cleaned up really well when they were done. Jake did a great job explaining options and was not high pressure. A coworker recommended Aire Serv, because they were happy with their services. Overall, this was a great experience and I’m happy I chose this team!

Austin, Brycen, and Tim did an outstanding job installing the piping and under cabinet vent hood in our kitchen. They arrived early, kept me updated on their progress, and cleaned up as they worked. I will 100% use them again for future projects!

We have an old AC unit and were worried we would need a whole new system as ours was not keeping the temperature down in this 90-100 degree heat. (Other companies seem to jump at the chance to sell a new system.) Isaac from AireServ was really great. He explained everything he was finding and he figured out that our problem was an air flow issue. He cleaned the evaporator coil, the condenser coil (?; not sure that’s what it’s called. The outside unit) and the blower fan, and he changed the filters. Our system is now working really well. We avoided the costs of a new system and also of adding more coolant. A very pleasant surprise and I feel like we saved a lot of money. I highly recommend this company.
