Chris came out within a couple hours of us calling saying our air conditioner wasn't working, he diagnosed our problem unfortunately for us we had to replace the condenser. They had their crew out the next morning by 10:30 and within 3 hours we had cool air again! Very happy with the new condenser and Edmond Air ?
Exceeded my expectations. I was told there will be an hours charge but the techs made it before 5 and charged me regular hours! They were fast and professional

Quick and easy service call to check on an AC unit that quit yesterday after a power outage. Unit probably short cycled after power came back on and just needed to be reset. All is good now. A++++

Friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Service call was reasonable and fair. They didn't try to charge me a service call AND additional charges (which is so annoying) like some other places.

These folks are always on time, communicate well on status of work and very professional. Been using them exclusively for several years and all the service techs have been great. Very clean and respectful and efficient in keeping everything running perfectly.

I have been using Edmond Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing for about 5 years. They are a pleasure to work with and make scheduling easy. All work has been completed as needed through the years. They have never had to come back another day to complete work not finished or done incorrectly.
The technicians have always been timely, knowledgeable, quick and professional.

Over the last couple of years, they have installed a new furnace and air conditioner, fixed a leak in my water line to my meter, installed a new faucet in my bathroom bathtub, installed new kitchen faucet and drained my water tank!!! They can do everything you need fixed at your home!! The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I have been very pleased with their customer service. I would highly recommend them for any service you need at your home!!

Very professional, did an excellent job! they were able to get the job completed in one day, instead of the estimated two days! They explained everything very well, and kept my wife informed throughout the process. very appreciative!
