We have a maintenance membership with Suntech so when we stopped getting cold air, they came out to fix it the same day. In fact, they arrived within just a few hours. Mark quickly diagnosed the issue and had the capacitor replaced even faster. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the issue and answer my questions. His knowledge and willingness to educate me a bit really instilled confidence!

First- the Technician that came out and performed the work was fantastic. My review is in no way a reflection of him. He was quick and very helpful. We chose Suntech because our regular a/c guy was out of town this week. Suntech could get out the same day and our main unit was not blowing cold air. It was literally 15 minutes of work and a capacitor that needed to be replaced. A capacitor ranges anywhere from $13-25. Our overall bill for 15 minutes of work and that one part was $500. Our regular A/C guy would have charged no more than $200 for the service call and the part. This is the main reason we always use small local companies. Our guy is always a same day guy regardless of what he has going on, and this was not an emergency after hours call so I'm a little surprised that the fee's were so high. While the tech was amazing, I won't be using them again. Their fee's are just way too high. I checked with a few other a/c people and they said that a during hours call like this should have never been over $300. Larger companies face larger overhead and we ended up paying way more than we should have.

He went above and beyond at his visit today. Michael does a great job of explaining things and seems to have a great depth of knowledge in plumbing.

Mark was super kind and helpful when he came out for a seasonal ac tuneup. Price was awesome too! Andrew was also super awesome with my free plumbing inspection! Neither made me feel pressured into buying anything. They gave me straightforward numbers and didn’t talk down to me like a lot of places do. Definitely a women friendly company also, which is a big deal in my opinion.
