So glad they knocked on my door. First off we had no idea we had as much damage as we did from the last hail storm, I mean how often does someone go on their roof. They have to be one of the most honest and thorough companies we’ve ever worked with. From the moment they inspected the house through working with our insurance to make sure they didn’t short change us, the process has really been seamless. Seth was extremely knowledgeable and very detailed. He made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way and took care of 90% of the details. A+ customer service and final work product. He helped walk me through everything as it’s been a long time since I’ve dealt with this sort of thing. They worked well with my scheduling and were done effectively within time. Even added some guttering they felt I needed at my property within the budget allowed. Haven’t had my roof replaced by Rescom, but a neighbor did and my rating is purely based on the mess they make. Careless handling of materials during the process led to multiple cap nails left in the street that led to a flat tire and needing to purchase a new tire. My tire had plenty of life left, but the nail was in the sidewall so could not be repaired.
