7504 N Broadway Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73116, We feel a lot safer now that we have this Security Service, Gabriel Cherepanov Explained every move and how and why it is working. It's good to know we can see what is happening out side without running to the window. I recommend getting this Security now that the world has gone weird. Thank you Gabriel for taking the time to make us feel safe.
The tech who came out today was excellent. Mike Bjerk fixed my multiple problems fast but took time to answer my questions and make sure I understand the operation.

Be very careful when moving. We never had any issue, till we moved. In March of 2024 we moved a city over. They never told us we had to create an account. For months, we were charged our old rate of $74 plus our new rate of $45 each month. We did not realize till going over our bank statement. We finally call and were told we had to make a new account and that they would credit the our account for the over charge. This week, they charged my account over $900, and never credited our account. They had no idea why we were charged because we did everything correctly. They said they would refund us the $900 plus the $500 we were charged. We were told by Monday we would be credited. Today is now 09/18/24, and still nothing. Called this morning and now they said it was approved, and should be refunded by Friday. Once contract is done I’ll take my services to a more preferential company who knows what they are doing.

ADT is a great company. Had a gentleman named Jason came out to the house. Very polite, very straightforward, very hand then when my?
Technician came out to install. He was the same way very polite, very professional, very honest. We have had no issues. I see a lot of you guys complaining about the contract. But if you want my honest opinion. If you don't wanna pay, you shouldn't never got it. In the first place. 80T is a great compand honestly I recommend them to anybody. That asks. Everything that you buy is normally a contract. When you have to Sin 4 it's a contract or an for my personal experience. I was explained everything about the contracked. I ordered ADT the salesman, Josh, came out and sold me 2 systems I paid for them and was set up to have them installed but the tech was very rude and refused he kept saying I had to pay. Long story short the tech canceled my contract and they haven't given me my refund of 214.00 It has been over 2 weeks...no one returned my calls very frustrating
