AlphaTek was the first company I called that actually had a real live human answer the phone! Bonus points for sure! Patrick arrived as promised and promptly took care of my problem. It didn’t require any parts and he only charged me for the service call. I was expecting at least some sort of a labor charge but there was none. I’m totally impressed with this company. Hopefully I won’t need them again for a while, but make no mistake, they’re getting the call!
Patrick was early! Great!! Quickly assessed situation. Dealt with it and done. Very very nice and professional! Absolutely will use them again and recommend highly.

These folks are a godsend! After a month of not being able to get a human at Sears for our broker fridge, they swooped in and fixed it the same day. Brittany, our repair tech is amazing. Megan at the office was kind, helpful, and wonderful to work with.

They were friendly and courteous. Tech was friendly. The only issue I have is my fridge was diagnosed for a certain issue and a few days later when the part came in, they said I needed a new fridge. No problem. I call to get the breakdown of the final costs and have not heard back from them.

Professional and Reliable Repair Services. I recently had the pleasure of calling AlphaTek to repair my Maytag washer, and I must say the service Patrick Stuart was exceptional. Not only he was punctual, arriving right at the scheduled time, but the professionalism and expertise were evident from the start. The repair was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. I recommend.

This company is awesome. Their tech arrived on time, knowledgeable, and gave us excellent information. I recommend them to my best friends for help with appliances. The tech was honest and trustworthy with all options available to us. I will definitely use them again.

Very pleased with the dryer repair. We were able to schedule the call for the next day. The technician, Patric Stuart was very friendly and professional. He was actually early for the appointment but contacted us before he came. He quickly found the problem and had the part with him to make the repair. Price was a little high but that's the cost of parts these days. I will definitely call them again if I need appliance repairs.

Our technician, Brittany, was experienced and very knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail after a careful diagnosis of our built-in Kitchen Aid refrigerator. We were told by a previous appliance repair company, sent by our home warranty provider, that it was the compressor which was a misdiagnosis. The company told us that we would have to wait two weeks for a closed-unit technician to come out and inspect the appliance, which would have left us without a fridge for a total of three weeks. Brittany diagnosed the inverter as the issue. AlphaTec ordered the inverter, and Brittany installed it that evening. Our refrigerator is running perfectly saving us thousands. I highly recommend this company.
