Our HOA on Monkey Island had the same exact experience the prior reviewer did. Bill disappeared with thousands of the HOA's funds. Work is incomplete and what work was done is wrong. Our community dock is now left unfinished and unsafe. Bill Morgan refuses to return calls or texts from multiple owners. Apparently the business was shuttered with no heads up to employees, vendors, or customers.
Put money down on doc resurfacing in September so they could order materials so they could start in the fall. Just a month ago they came to measure but have not had any other contact. Multiple trips to the shuttered office, phone mailbox is full. September to May is too long.

Man is a thief. Took two draws for our new dock would not return calls emails texts. Went to business shut down. Found out from neighbor about a week and half. No communications from owner Bill Morgan. Next stop law enforcement then lawyer. Beware of this man and business!!!!!!!! His response is a joke. Same number I have been calling for 2 weeks. There is no customer relations at this business owner bill Morgan and wife Rebecca and the other office employee was let go with all the other employees. The man owes us over 70,000$. Will not return calls emails or texts. All phone # s voice mail boxes are full. His lawyer in Tulsa ok. Ron Brown will not return calls or emails Guess the leaf does not fall far from the tree!! BEWARE OF THIS THIEF AKA BILL MORGAN OWNER GRAND LAKE DOCKS
