Roy White recently performed a pre-buy inspection of a home located in Broken Bow.
Roy’s knowledge and professionalism, and the sellers unwillingness to go as far as to change a light bulb, helped me come to a personal decision to cancel the purchase agreement. Roy walked me through each of his findings and explained what needed to be done to rectify them. His recommendations were sound as it related to health and habitability, as communicated to me by the listing agent on more than one occasion, implying it should be a reason to overlook the small stuff…

In most cases getting bad news can be awful but Roy did a very detailed inspection and made light of the situation has he gave me the results. I highly recommend him if your looking for honesty. He was a funny guy to jave around during hos inspection. On time even early. Thank you Roy for your services. I will use him again on my next home purchase.

Roy was spot on with his inspection of the cottage we are looking at. He showed us some potential problems and suggested we have them inspected. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. Always looking out for the people that hire him to inspect their future investment. I will differently use him again.

Roy is very professional and knowledgeable. He pointed out a major factor and that was the home I was looking at was advertised as a 3 bedroom when in fact it was a 2 bedroom. The so called 3rd bedroom was on the interior walls not the exterior wall, it did not have a window or second means of egress. Not to mention the home had other issues but that was the main issue. The seller gave Roy a bad review which was not warranted. Roy was honest the seller was not. Roy will look out for you like family. I am still searching for my retirement home in the central Oklahoma area and not only would I recommend Roy I will use him until my search is over.

Roy definitely lives up to his company name. He truly did go above and beyond for me. His current technical knowledge of the numerous items he inspected was incredible. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand though. I highly recommend Roy if you need a thorough inspection!

Roy has been fantastic. So far we have had him look at two homes and this guy is thorough. The issues he can find will save you thousands in repairs...or thousands off pricing. Either way Roy is on your side.

Roy has been amazing and informative to both inspections we had him do for us. He is kind and considerate about us having small children and prioritizes the safety of our family. I'd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector.

We used Above and Beyond (Roy) to do a home purchase inspection. He was beyond helpful and really gave us great photo's and a write up. He was kind and considerate of what our family needed to know. We are located out of state trying to purchase there in Oklahoma. With that being said, we are not there to do the normal walk around the property and even though realtors do a good job, Roy opened our eyes to things they didn't see and help us make a wise financial decision. Thank you Roy!
