This is my third time moving with them and they are wonderful!! When you call to get an estimate they are very helpful and friendly, scheduling is easy and hassle free. They are super easy to get ahold of and communicate with too, which is so great when dealing with moving stress. Kyle and Josh helped move my 2 bedroom house in just one afternoon. They were professional, quick and exceptionally kind, especially when we had very specific arrangements for furniture. All around just awesome people, if I ever planned on moving again I would choose them! Thank y’all so much for your help and amazing service!! Guys are amazing

Had a great time with my move today! The crew was super respectful and took really great care of my stuff!! I appreciate donte Cody n cam a lot!! They made todays job an absolute breeze n I couldn’t have asked for better movers!! A bit pricey but 200% worth it. Not a single item was damaged!! Thank all my sons for making this process such a smooth stress free process

I chose All My Sons Moving & Storage after searching movers because of their quick response time and the fact that it appeared they have many years of experience. Right of the bat I was very impressed with the professionalism and calm demeanor of Quedaan Everett. His calmness made me feel less anxious about my move and he just had a friendly attitude. Although my move took longer than anticipated, I felt like all three guys did a great job and worked at a good steady pace. They took care in wrapping some items carefully that needed it. This was my first time hiring professional movers but I'm glad I did. I don't think I could have done it without them!

At first I thought booking with All My Sons was going to be perfect! I reached out to several moving companies and felt like All My Sons was going to be the best fit for us. Ryan was very personable on the phone and kind. I called two days before and am unsure who I spoke with to see about what time they’d be coming and got told they were busy and they’d call me tomorrow. I should have said right then I no longer need their service, but I didn’t. The day of our move two guys show up and they don’t say a word to me, I’m already down stairs at the garage so I show them what’ll need moved from the garage and then on our way up to the apartment one of them immediately starts complaining that there’s a single set up stairs up to the 2nd floor of our apartment, which the company was made aware of when I booked with them. I go on to show them what all will be moved and not moved in our apartment and that the bed frame would need to be take apart and one of the guys rolls his eyes and sighs and then say their going to get the truck ready. On my way out the door I was taking some things to my husbands car and they are still in the upstairs hallway where all the apartments are located looking out the hallway window and one guy says “there’s no where for us to park with all these cars in the way” (there may have been some language in that sentence) they have their truck across the street where people can park on either side of the road. I tell them I think I know who owns this car I can maybe get them to move it and one of the guy says “that’ll be great” and they go and sit in the truck while I try to figure something out. My husband then goes up to them in the truck and the guy just stares at him from the window and my husband had to point for him to roll the window down and my husband told him “hey they didn’t answer their door but we’ll keep trying for now y’all can park here” and the guy continued to smoke his vape and told my husband “okay” and rolled the window back up. They never got out of the car. I then called Ryan and told him this guy has been complaining since he got here and I asked for 2 new guys or we were just going to go ahead and cancel. He got me two new guys within an hour and for the most part they were wonderful. They got to work right away. I went to sonic for them and go t them 2 44 oz ocean waters a piece so they had one to drink while they pack and one while they unpack at our new house. My only complaint about them is they didn’t put our bed back together correctly and missing/broken hardware to the bed were found in the garage so now my husband and I have to figure out where those pieces go and try to find new hardware. I was also charged for supplies that were not used. I got charged for a mattress protector when I purchased some on my own and already had them on the mattresses prior to them getting there (pictures in below photos), and for a mirror box when they did not move any mirrors, I moved all mirrors myself. All and all I guess I should have done better research and went with a different moving company. Photos pictured are what was asked to be moved and bed not put back together correctly:

Michael and his crew delivered everything that was promised and more! They showed up 15 minutes prior to our showtime window opening. Had all the paperwork done and were moving in no time! They took extra care of all our belongings taking time to wrap them in blankets, secure them with tape, and shrink-wrap them! We will ABSOLUTELY be using All My Sons in the future!! 12/10!!! We hired All My Sons Moving & Storage this past Monday to help us move some heavy furniture out of our living room, dining room and study while we install new hardwood floors. I called last minute for an appointment the Friday before and even though they were pretty well booked, they were able to work us in the next business day. Roberto Alvarez and his team did a FANTASTIC job! They were very careful with our furniture, a few of which were delicate antiques. They worked quickly yet carefully; I think Roberto and his crew were there just under an hour, yet they still did a wonderful job. Nothing was damaged in any way, and we were very pleased with the service we received. Thanks again, guys! We will definitely use All My Sons again for our next move!

2/14/24 - Still ongoing!!! I have filed complaint with BBB! Do not use All My Sons! They damaged every piece of furniture they moved! Did not use any of the proper packing boxes or blankets for the piano and tables! They reasoned NOT TO MOVE large mirrors or lamps telling us “the vibrations of the truck would risk breaking them”!! They half wrapped art pieces thus damaging the frame corners! They dragged my twin mattress and yet charged me for a mattress protector! They sat our coffee table and end table on their sides! They put TV box on top of leather couch! And they left a muddy mess in the house we moved out of!! We filed a claim but they denied it, of course! THEY FORGED OUR INITIALS to show we did a walk through after the move! It is brutal the devastation they caused us! THE LACK OF EXPERIENCE AND NEGLECT wreaked havoc on our well-being!!! Nothing “Comfortable” about that!! You just had the opportunity to reply to this post - talk is cheap, WHERE IS THE PROOF OF YOUR COMMITMENT???? We filed a claim but it was denied due to a 90-day expiration date but NO time frame to make the claim is on the form - (moved Apr 27th sent claim Aug 23rd; claim form asks for value of items damaged, it allows for 3 items, we had over 15 items damaged with 30 photos to show damage since NO company representative would come to assess the extensive damage with requests to both local and corporate!!) the damage caused and the poor service has no expiration!!! Today 12/14/23 - AMS called to offer a resolution of $200! An insult to injury! The move quote was $800 but we paid $1569.91 plus tips and pizza for the crew! Our claim filed just 104 days after the move which they are rejecting because of their 90-day liability limitation - located on page 11 of their 14-page Bill of Lading! I signed ONE TIME but the automated signature regenerated this signature NINE TIMES!!! The final Bill of Lading required initials which were forged that I DID NOT SIGN! PLEASE DEAR CONSUMERS - WE WERE TOLD BY THEIR REPRESENTATIVE THAT THEY EXPECT DAMAGES TO OCCUR!!!! And that it depends on the moving team on how successful the move will be! DO NOT SIGN OR INITIAL ANY DOCUMENTS (they will do it for you!?) ??? JANUARY 2024 - they are still refusing to provide sufficient resolution!
