They were a great company to work with, they understand the insurance business as well so they know how to get the client taken care of. And they were very patient while waiting for my insurance company to get them paid, which was an absolute circus. There were never any issues with communication and Andrew showed up when he said he would. My insurance over paid them by a significant amount of money and they’re honest enough to make the calls to make things right. Good people and a pleasure to work with
All I can say is Ryan is terrific. He got here early. Replaced our vent cap, inspected the roof and took the time to explain what he did and what he found. He was not a pushy sales person he didn’t try to scare us into replacing our roof even said it was in good shape. Highly recommend him and his company. It was a small job but he came right out to help us. Very personable and knowledgeable!

Andrew and the whole Palladium Team are so Great! I needed a roof inspection done on a new house of mine and they were so easy to schedule. Upfront and even came back to re-check things! Will definitely be my go to place for all my roofing needs!

Palladium Roofing made every step along the way in my roof replacement process so easy. As a first time homeowner going through the process of having to replace a roof I was completely stressed out and lost as to what to do. Julie was the first person I spoke to and she was amazing at walking me through how to get started and setting up my appointment for an inspection. Heath came to the house right on time and explained everything he saw to me and what the next steps were. He walked me through each step from start to finish, including walking me through the breakdown of what insurance would cover and what my part of the billing would look like. To top it off, the day Heath was inspecting my roof with the insurance adjuster, he pulled my trash cans back up to the house since the truck had come by while they were there! Talk about great customer service! Overall a great experience! I would 100% recommend Palladium to anyone with roofing needs!

Great roofing company! From Amy on the phones, to both Chases (the project coordinator and roofing tech), Chris, and Jeff, all have been great to work with and they responded to help with a late notice on Friday. Chris helped us with a previous eaves/soffit repair also. Much appreciated!

It sure is refreshing when you get to work with a local business that actually deserves a 5 star rating. Julie and team were so attentive & helpful throughout the process. They worked to ensure they met our tight timeline, so we could close on the house without any delays. Not to mention their pricing was reasonable as well. I look forward to working with you more in the future on our upcoming projects!

Palladium Roofing went above and beyond with replacing our hail damaged roof in 2023. Heath Clark our sales representative was great to work with from beginning to end taking full ownership of the project. Michael Gasper, has the skills needed to work directly with customers insurance companies to ensure customers all the correct and fair claim checks for these type of products. We love our new room and wrap around gutters and we love Palladium Roofing.

As always, Palladium Roofing delivered on my expectations. They did a great job on my roof, cleaned up the yard well and were attentive to details. As a retired independent insurance agency owner, Palladium has been my go to roofer to refer to clients for years because of their expertise and never hearing any complaints back from my clients about them. They are great at working with your insurance carrier on the claim. Palladium Roofing should be your first call!
