Great work from the Roughneck Roofing team. From the estimate, working with Luke, having the material dropped off, through the installation, with Reno onsite, there were no surprises. Appreciated having Stephen stop by as well to ensure everything was ready for the install. The best compliment for Roughneck came from my neighbor, after the roof was replaced and the crew was finishing – he complimented how hard the crew worked and how well they cleaned up. The roof and gutters look amazing, the crew did a great job!
Roughneck Roofing went the extra mile to help get us a new roof. Reno is so helpful and he follows through! He'll answer any question and explain anything you don't understand. We are so glad we found a company that cares.

Contacted Stephen with Roughneck Roofing LLC, to get an estimate on replacing the roof on our daughter’s mobile home.
He went the same day and put together an estimate, called me to let us know what he had found and then sent us a proposal the next morning.
Once he was given the go ahead, he got the product together and they replaced the roof on April 12th.
As you can see in the photos it turned out beautiful.
We highly recommend Stephen and Roughneck Roofing LLC if you are needing any roof repairs done.
Stephen is very professional and will keep you updated throughout the process.

We are well pleased with the quality of work they did, the overall cost and the materials they used were top notch! We were informed every step of the way what was happening and nothing happened that we didn’t know about first. And they had the roof replaced in one days time! Amazing guys! The wife and can’t recommend them enough!

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Very professional proposal took the time to go over my roof and show me exactly what needed to be fixed. Did not try to sell me anything I did not need put, me on the schedule very fast.
They were prompt and on time the day of the job, And did exactly what they said they were going to do, The crew was professional, and when they left I could not tell they had ever been here they cleaned up so well! Absolutely recommend this company to everyone!

I must say that a local company drove by and said that I didn't need a new roof after a hail storm. Roughneck actually knocked on my door and climbed up on the roof, took pictures, and helped me make a claim with my insurance for hail damage. Roughneck also came out while the insurance inspector looked at my roof and made sure to point out damage. Based on this my insurance company agreed on a full roof replacement. Roughneck then followed up with estimates and continued to stay in touch with my insurance for depreciation and other associated costs and damages. The work crew from Roughneck was amazing, they were able to tear off ,and clean up around my house, the old roof,then make repairs and put back 90% of the roof the same day! All the while, the Roughneck Team stayed in touch with me, telling me what progress was taking place! Now,...let me add..., I also have solar panels! Roughneck was able to remove my solar panels and make arrangements for these panels to be replaced after the roof was completed. Roughneck is a total roof replacement and repair company. They will stay with you from start to finish and their work and service is amazing!!! Thank you Zak, Adolpho, and your fantastic crew especially "little Hoss" and his papa!!!!! I will post photos next.

The guys at Roughneck Roofing were AMAZING. They were able to get our new roof approved by our insurance AND get it put up in one day. The new roof on our house makes it look brand new, and it is a much better roof than what we had. We will definitely do business with them again and refer them to anyone that needs a new roof.

I promise pictures Do Not do this work justice! I was in absolute awe at the job Reno and his guys did! If you need a roof … if you’re not sure if you need a roof… you need to call Reno! I text him on Wednesday, my material delivered Friday and my whole job was done Saturday. Professional, polite and fast … it was definitely a pleasure to let Roughneck Roofing handle this job.

Thank you to Stephen and the Roughneck crew for a great job on our new roof. They were very responsive, a great help with our insurance company, and helped us through the whole process. They finished our roof in one day and everything was cleaned up as if they hadn’t been there. I definitely recommend them for your roofing needs!
