The speed, through nature, professional approach, versatility, and response time of security alarms is top knotch! I had an absolute badass of a technician come out today (Jessie). He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, amazing at upselling, performed beautiful installation, explained all ins and outs of the system, and was just a generally top knotch individual. He is exactly the type of person you would feel comfortable with bringing into a sacred space, such as your home or business. Kudos to Jessie and security alarms as a whole . Would recommend 100000% of the time. A++++

Jesse just left my home after installing a new system. He was very very courteous and professional. I have had security alarms since building my house in 2001 and feel they are affordable and take care of the customer first and foremost. I highly recommend SA and Jesse!

When we contacted Security Alarms about our new home purchase they sent out a technician the very next day to transfer our service. After installing our new alarm system the technicians stopped by one of their customers across the street who is an elderly woman to make sure everything was working well for her and asked if she needed anything. She told me herself how pleased she has been with Security Alarms and how safe she has felt since her husband passed away. Not only are the services provided top notch but their staff are professional, courteous and genuinely care about their customers. I would definitely recommend Security Alarms Company.

I had an alarm system installed in my home from Security Alarms Company when we built it in 2006. I have had it upgraded and am very pleased with the courteous service from all their staff. The mobile app has been a great feature! So easy to use and I feel that my home is very secure. Having been a victim of burglary, I would not trade this security for anything! I highly recommend Chrissy, Lon and the entire staff at Security Alarms Company!

We have used this company for 10 plus years now. They are always super friendly and very quick to handle any and all concerns that I have had. When a storm has torn down lines they were out within an hour. When we added some zones and doors, they were here at the appointment time that was scheduled. Always fast, always professional. Just recently upgraded to the cameras and phone app. I love it. Now I can see who comes in and out at all times. The online recording is so helpful.
